Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

The location was very convenient and close to the venue of my conference and not very far off from the highway. The ease of checking in was good as advance booking through my favorite portal makemytrip helped me. The corridors were spacious and rooms were clean and tidy. The toiletries for long term stay is inadequate. Tv set top box wasn't working and wasn't corrected in-spite of requesting. A budget friendly stay and not very far off from the city center. Food i need to taste. Seevices were so so. Can recommend for short stay without much hassles bcoz of location and being budget friendly.

A clean and pleasant Hotel Golden Castle near the city with good restaurants nearby. Front desk manager, Yashwanth, was particularly helpful and efficient. He is a real asset for this Hotel Golden Castle .

Location was good, very close to mysuru station, staff was polite and helpful. Nasta was tasty covering all south indian dishes.
