Hotel reception staff was excellent. Room neatness was very fair. Location also excellent. But before check in the concerned will check all the things ok to occupy. There was a group of hooligans stayed in the Hotel Golden Couch, Kozhikode, Vadakara.. Management should come forward to control that " guests"

The Hotel Golden Couch, Kozhikode, Vadakara. was too good and on the main road. The staff behavioir was good and the service was at the par. They can increase the menu choices. Hotel was neat and clean.

A/c was not working properly. Apart from that it was an awsome room and very comfortable. I would like to suggest to my friends and family. Te customer service was also really good
