Hotel Golden Grand

Property in itself is charming, gracefully and tastefully build up, providing a warm welcome. Cleaniness is second most praised part. Hyginically cleaned, well equipped with amenities. Situated id-lay on main road provides easy aproach. Staff is prompt and polite. Food is ok ok ! lot of food items pres-ant in menu were not on plate. A lot could be added like south indian, muglai food. It only gives aproach to continental and chienese. We ordered soup and masala papad in starters those were awfully bad preprations. Non veg in main course was ok. Need to work hard on food menu. Which i feel is a time pass section. The parking, sitting, dinning, bar, reception, rooms, lift are tastefully build. Apart from food satisfaction, i would strongly recommend this property all. Market and metro are nearby. You can enjoy your time here.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. I booked through mm t with an option for upgrade. On arrival i was not given a welcome drink. The staff at reception was pretty cold. I was upgraded to club room, which was spacious. The restaurant serves decent food and staff gives good service. Breakfast buffet is limited but ok. Iron and ironing board was provided in the room very swiftly. I requested for an extended stay for another 30 mins(to check staff behavior) after already staying extra 30 mins. Staff wasn't rude but a little aggressive to tell me that the room needs to be prepared for next guest.

I loved the room, it was descent size and i liked the how they kept clean. Some amenities are made available on order but are free. So i loved the stay. Really recommend it, only issue is actually with mmt, and they should prominently show that first booking option is only for 4 hours. Hotel staff was really helpful to correct this. Do check what kind of booking you doing as mm t shows 4 hour stay at the top.

Awesome stay, awesome food, awesome room, awesome staff. In one word, awesome is the word for this Hotel Golden Grand. Very polite staff, food quality very good for the price range, quick service. Was allowed to stay for extra 2 hours even after check out time. I strongly suggest this Hotel Golden Grand for your stays anywhere in delhi

Specious and clean room, bathroom was clean as well. Good location as it’s in middle of the city and close to all business centers. In room dining majority having non vegetarian option but i enjoyed paratha. Breakfast was also having good spread, with lot of options for all. It’s a good Hotel Golden Grand for business travel.

Loved the rooms, really neat and clean. Room service was really fast and professional staff. Bathrooms were clean and amenities were up to date. Location is convenient, since it’s near to patel nagar metro station. Good options at the restaurant and loved the complimentary breakfast included in my package.

Excellent service provided by the Hotel Golden Grand staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the Hotel Golden Grand
