Excellent stay

SALMA BANOO

We stayed for two nights and it was excellent to stay there. Room were spacious, clean, and staff behavior was very good. Food was also good. They always ask us to need something. Location is also good just with national highway. Overall from reception to room service, restaurant everyone were humble and nice. Enjoy everyday stay. Recommended for specially first time visitors. Easy accessible location. Best of luck to all. Thanks all.

Clean hotel but service could be better

I stayed for a day, HOTEL GOLDEN LEAF (Luxury Hotel in Srinagar) was impressively clean but breakfast service was quite slow, as they couldn't cater to guest need in a go, could be due to shortage in staff. Also HOTEL GOLDEN LEAF (Luxury Hotel in Srinagar) wasn't much occupied, so they could have given a room with a better view, may be on the higher floor in order delight the guest which was not the case.
