Hotel Golden Orchid

The Hotel Golden Orchid is 5 minutes walking to whole sale complex, a good shopping and outing place in ambala. Also it is 12-15 minutes from ambala city railway station. Food wise, i wud say, not much varieties were offered opposed to what was mentioned in menu may be because of lockdown but quality of food was good and was served fresh. What i liked most was the fast room service and polite behavior of the staff. Room was clean with adequate lighting. Some minor but essential things were missing such as hanging place for clothes in washroom, they were there though in my parents's room. Overall i enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to those who are coming for 2-4 days work in ambala.
Overall good safety. Sanitizer was kept at the entry and thermal scanning was done by the guard. Adequate personal protection was taken

We reached the Hotel Golden Orchid at 11 pm (staff followed up since morning about our arrival) but the chef stayed till then and then cooked awesome dinner for us. They again prepared breakfast for us at 7am the next morning. The staff was awesome and their behavior was very warm for us. I would recommend this Hotel Golden Orchid to anyone who is travel-ling towards himachal or coming from there. The rooms and washrooms were very clean and hygenic. They even packed breakfast for us. Overall very happy with the service.

Hotel is at good location, easy to reach. Hotel has lift. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and pretty comfortable. All the amenities provided were good. Washroom are very clean. Very nice room service provided. They were really quick. Hotel provides in room service for food and beverages. Need to mention specially, that food quality is so lovely and delicious! because they have quality chef as they have banquet hall too. Overall, very very nice experience of stay at Hotel Golden Orchid golden orchid.

This place allows pet to stay. They served us food in room and it was delicious. Highly recommend their pane-er tikka as snack. But i would like to suggest them to keep toiletries in washroom and also foot mats outside washroom. This place is centralised air conditioned so it was pleasant stay in hot summer. They do serve breakfast in room which was included in our stay. They didn’t force us to go and have it in buffet. Plus point for car wash and laundry too

Travel-led with family. The Hotel Golden Orchid is situated at a convenient location, just off the highway and it takes you less than two minutes to get back on it. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and work well. All of us found the staff, courteous. Did not order dinner. Breakfast was wholesome, excellent and tasty. Overall a great experience!

The Hotel Golden Orchid golden orchid was a really good stay, good food, great hospitality! this was our consecutive 3rd year of starting at the golden orchid. We are very happy with the kind of service we got. The rooms were spotless with properly laundered linens, sheets and quilts. The bathrooms were clean with good hot water.

Very good and pleasant experience, extra large rooms and bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, food was very good and very fast service, fast check-in, special thanks to manager there mr. Prasad, on request they change my room to another with 2 large beds, and didn't charge extra for that. Comfortable stay. All good

We stayed overnight at this Hotel Golden Orchid in route to manali. Nice cosy Hotel Golden Orchid just near highway with just 300 meters of detour. Hotel room is nice and clean with decent setup. Hotel has indoor parking.
