Hotel Golden Orchid

We were looking for a 'pet friendly' Hotel Golden Orchid for a transit stay close to the Ambala Cantt station and booked "Golden Orchid" a little reluctantly because the Google reviews were really good. To our good fate, we were extremely happy with our stay. Right from the quick and smooth checkin process to the well mannered staff to the clean room to the delectable , lip smacking food, to our stay at "Golden Orchid" was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! To top it all, they even arranged an auto rickshaw for us at an advance notice, so we could reach the Ambala Cantt station at an odd hour in the morning along with our pet. In food, "malai paneer" for starters and "palak kofta" are a must try! 😋 Please note - if you are staying with your pet, do ensure you are carrying their food n food n water bowls n bedding.

I was a business traveller. It was a very good stay. The staffs are very polite and cooperative. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Food was good breakfast have sufficient items. Only drawback is the bathroom. There was some water leakage in the wash basin. Toiletries should have at-least toothpaste and toothbrush. But overall stay was very good.

The staff at this Hotel Golden Orchid were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner which was delicious and loved the convenient location of this Hotel Golden Orchid. Worth the stay.

Good clean Hotel Golden Orchid. The smell across Hotel Golden Orchid was great. Clean bedding, towels, lift, lobby, etc. Made the experience great. Food was decent. Nothing to complain about. Staff was very cordial. Overall had a comfortable stay!

Property was easy to reach. Just next to highway. Room was clean and rooms were big enough to stay. We have taken room with breakfast. Breakfast options could be improved. Otherwise stay was nice and staff was polite.

Amazing stay. Very humble staff very clean. Washroom was good. Newly constructed. Ac was working very good. Every single small things were good. Even they upgraded our room. Food we didnt ordered so dont know

it's a decent Hotel Golden Orchid, staff is well mannered. only the food is bit expensive and there are no restaurants nearby Stay is good. Food is tasty but very expensive

Lonely property for staying far from city but big n open facility better for family functions that's it

Rooms are clean, staff is polite, and the included breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The executive room felt a bit small but not bad.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is really good. We enjoyed our overnight stay as we were midway from amritsar to delhi. If i ever went back, i would stay here only.

Good food, room and facilities. Room was big and toilet was also clean. Hotel location is in the highway and easily accessible.

Have a nice experience while staying no issue the staff behaviour is good. Food is good but I think they need to add more options in breakfast.
