I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Golden Palace. I was charged for an early check-in, which I agreed to, but the real issue began when I requested an invoice for the payment. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the hotel management has been unresponsive and failed to provide the invoice. It’s extremely unprofessional to charge customers for a service and then refuse to issue proper documentation. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and customer care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy experience.

It was a very bad experience, we switched 2 rooms due to an issue with fans, fans were not working properly, there were no instant facility for hot water, they provide heating rods. Also the rooms were not very clean, and were small and suffocated. Not worth it, the amount paid.
