Hotel Review: Golden Sand I recently stayed at Golden Sand, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the location was appealing and the views were beautiful, several issues significantly impacted my stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the washroom was disappointing. It was clear that it had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival, which left me feeling uncomfortable. A clean washroom is a basic expectation for any hotel, and this was a major letdown. Additionally, I encountered a problem with the air conditioning unit; it was dripping water throughout my stay. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised concerns about potential mold and further cleanliness issues. It seemed like a maintenance issue that should have been addressed before guests checked in. The mattress on the bed was another area of concern. It was not comfortable at all, lacking the support needed for a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I noticed signs of wear and tear that suggested a lack of attention to hygiene and upkeep. Overall, my stay at Golden Sand did not meet the standards I had hoped for. While the hotel has potential due to its location, significant improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I would recommend management take immediate action to address these issues before I could consider returning or recommending this hotel to others.

Great staff, always attentive. Food was good. The room is also nice with all the amenities. Close to a few well known places.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was quite up to the mark. The kitchen service needs to be improved though.

They even dont let me check in as the hotel was already filled. Moreover they are saying that they have processed the return but still they is no return get

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Not good, rooms are not sound proof, after telling staff, still no response. Food quality was normal. Heater was switched of by staff without asking people. Construction noise also present.

Normal hotel of this class ... Newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold it

Service was decent. But room had some cockroaches in it and bedsheets were not clean other than that we just went there for sleep so we slept and came back so not much to discuss. But I have written my experience for my small stay over there.

Location is good. Reasonable service. Decently spacious and the staff was cooperative. Price wise reasonable and but room was big, neat and clean. Quality and quantity of food was provided in breakfast was okay. Just a satisfactory experience and stay in hotel.
