Hotel reception staff was excellent. Room neatness was very fair. Location also excellent. But before check in the concerned will check all the things ok to occupy. There was a group of hooligans stayed in the Hotel Goldencouch. Management should come forward to control that " guests"

The Hotel Goldencouch was too good and on the main road. The staff behavioir was good and the service was at the par. They can increase the menu choices. Hotel was neat and clean.
