The hotel was decent, it smelled really bad the ac was also leaking water but the staff were great

On MMT I booked the room Executive Double Bed but at property they gave me a single bed small room.......

Very old ambience. Bathroom door was not closing.

It's a horror movie hotel i seriously advice u to send u r representative nd get good idea about it

The hotel is just overrated. It is a old hotel with stinking bath fittings, furniture. They don't have any basic facility (like a brush, paste) being offered. For the price they offer, some basic hygiene would've been expected. The room was stinking due to seepage and the. 5 ton age old ac was not cooling the room even at 20 temp, the gas would've gone dry. I would not recommend this place to anyone, moreover it is too expensive.

I had visited the hotel earlier as well and it was good. This time however i was given a single bed room even though i had booked double bed. Apart from that everything is fine

Charged hefty amount per night. No ac 14 inch monitor converted into a tv no kettle no complimentary water bottle broken door

I was delighted when i got to know that room allocation is for 24 hours and a standard 12pm to 12pm cycle. The staff also very friendly and helpful

Property was good plus hotel staff was really co operative they helped us with all the amenities they were very responsive since it was my first visit to chennai

Very poor, i never seen this type of worst hotel in my life, no hot water, mmt is also responsible for this to recommended me.

Although the room was changed to us still the room wasn't working. Also, when we were not in the room the room boys trespassed without our knowledge to clean the room itseems. That's not acceptable

The stay was very bad it is not like as it is shown in the pictures and we were served the cold tea and complemtary breakfast was over before the time.

Kindly try to change the interior its old needs to be renovated fully all the areas in the room have been fungus and patched its my true review

It's affordable price and this hotel is in good place where you can find everything near. Hotel is not that good but okay to stay for alone.

They have to renovate their whole building im a business traveller they have given me a very small tiny room then the bathroom doesn't have a lock and the windows are open i could not able to lock from my side it was an ground floor anybody come jump inside my room pathetic experience and the reception is the major problem the girl standing in front of everyone she doesn't know the value of customer

Average but lcation in prime area except batch room water smell not much eminities lift is not working ours is in 2nd floor

They’ve given room in 4th floor. But lift not working for 2 days. No running water. No hot water. No room service. Room door locks do not work. Need to use keys to open bathroom door lock. It’s one misery poured over the other. Exorbitant charges

Bad mattresses, bad curtains, toilet flush not working, food below average

I have stayed 24 hrs in this hotel. Service is good and had complementary break fast. Lift and ac should replace as they are very old. No hot water facility.

Changed three rooms, all in dilapidated state. - ac does not cool - bathrooms are not fully functional - no service in the room - staff says this is how ac cools, when the gust is sweating away like an ice cube.
