Hotel Goverdhan Palace

The Hotel Goverdhan Palace is situated at bharatpur crossing, near to nirohli flyover. It is 3 km away from mathura junction railway station. I booked the Hotel Goverdhan Palace in a short notice and found some good deal on mmt. The room and bathroom was spacious. The air conditioner and geyser were working. Extra beds were also available there. Tv was not working and the staff was unable to fix it. Did not order anything from Hotel Goverdhan Palace's restaurant so can't say anything about it. Room service was good. Overall it is a good budget friendly Hotel Goverdhan Palace for family.

Loved the place in terms of it space, cleanliness, plush garden and behaviour of staff amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco -friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Pro - - rooms were spacious - rooms and washroom are clean - complimentary dinner was fantastic - complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious - staff behaviour was good cons - furniture and interior is old - it looks like they were under-staff for such big property - staff training is required - when buffet breakfast is not available because of less people you will get limited breakfast ( one portion per person) - they have wedding lawn as well, if your room is lawn facing then you may face some issues in night.

The room was ok. Washroom was clean. Fittings are bit old but manageable in the price offered. Breakfast & lunch booked along with the room was value for money. I will advise everyone to book the food services while booking the Hotel Goverdhan Palace. Its economical and above expectations. Hotel is generous in providing restaurant service. I appreciate their effort on this part and expect them to keep continue the good work.

Good spacious well aerated room with sunlight in the morning, beautiful lush green lawns, huge and secured parking, good location, spacious bathrooms, nice behaviour, spacious and comfortable bed, overall nice experience. I will give them 8 out of 10. Two negative points - tv was not working and we did not like the food taste. But we found two good restaurants very near - within 5 km. So food is not a problem.

I was surprised by the hygiene and cleanliness of the Hotel Goverdhan Palace. The staff was very polite and helpful, no show off just pure quality of service being delivered. The Hotel Goverdhan Palace restaurant was also very good with great taste. No excess oil or masala, just good cooking. overall if you are looking for a budget good quality pick, this is Hotel Goverdhan Palace checks all boxes.

Room size is good. Cleanliness was in and around the property. Bathroom was decent enough with supply of hot and cold water. Location is good with sweet shop and petrol pump just next to it. Breakfast is good. My preferred choice for budget Hotel Goverdhan Palace in mathura. Only concern was for senior citizens with knee problems.

A must stay as the Hotel Goverdhan Palace provides food and stay of drivers. Also if the third person is accommodating in the same room then they provide folding beds which i have never seen any Hotel Goverdhan Palace provides. So i would recommend for the stay at this Hotel Goverdhan Palace.

Services are very good. Friendly staffs. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Also, the place has a good facility of e-rikshaws & buses making it very easy for temple visitors.

Hotel goverdhan palace is an excellent property to stay with friends family or as a couple, it has a beautiful garden view from room and amazing staff behavior.

Nice Hotel Goverdhan Palace for staying outside of mathura the rooms are good the food quality is good but the rate is high.

Stay was comfortable with supportive staff, Hotel Goverdhan Palace is a bit far from mathura and vrindavan. Own car is required to commute. Washroom needs improvement.

Very nice rooms nice behavior of staff

Good stay, clean area, but lots of mosquitos. First day breakfast was very good. But second day breakfast wasn't good atall. I had been charged extra for early checkin. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area and guided us in a perfect way for the trip

Hotel gauvardhan palace is clean and room is precious. But facility like daily room service is not available. No water provided at the time of entry.

Food is great, pure vegetarian. Cleaning the room every day and changing towels. It is affordable. Hotel staff are very amicable.

This is not recommended for corporate bookings. Hotel staff is good but if there is marriage, dj will continue till 12.

Very good from start to end no feel any problem

I have really enjoyed it is really a good place for stay. The service of Hotel Goverdhan Palace was great cleaning was super, brek fast needed attention, dinner was awesome
