Hotel Govindam

Excellent hospitality and Service at the Hotel and Govindam restaurant. Very good staff and good attitude to serve. Highly recommend for families staying in Puri.

Hotel rooms were very comfortable and hotel is at very good location. Only 500 meters walk to swargdwar beach and walkable market place. Staff is also friendly

towels were not cleaned , pillows were dirty and black in colour . as per charges taken room was not up to that great . washrooms were unhygienic .

It is a manipulated property. The location is the worst, they have only window AC even though they don't provide an electric kettle in their room .

The stay was overall great. Staff behaviour was supportive and cordial. Rooms were clean. The resturant is pure veg without onion garlic which was a great help.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The staff were polite, attentive, and demonstrated good hospitality throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, with complementary drinks. The rooms were simple yet cozy, offering a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and the amenities provided were adequate. The only minor issue was the mattress—it could have been a bit softer or more supportive for a better night’s sleep. Other than that, everything else contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Very Good Hotel but the approaching road to the hotel is narrow. During rainy days water logging occurs in front of the Hotel.

Very satisfied with the experience. The rooms are well maintained, and so is the hotel. The restaurant serves quality food. It has been a great experience staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, close to the temple and closer to the beach. The restaurant too is amazing, with delicious food.

Property is much satisfactory than my expectations. we have travelled as group of 9 adults and 2 kids and Taken 5 Rooms. Rooms are Big in Size with all amenities. Service was Good. The Behaviour of the staffs and manager are good. Food was really Quality. This is a Veg Hotel. My Overall Experience is good. My only advice to the management is, change the Bed Sheets Everyday. Do not wait for the presence of the Guest always to change the Bed Sheets. Thank You

Food Was not Good & amenities also not good service was ok , they need to improve food quality.

The accommodation was quite basic, with minimal facilities. We had to purchase essentials ourselves. Despite requesting, we were provided with only 2 single bed sheets for 8 people, and that too after a lot of hassle. The hotel wasn't family-friendly

IT WAS A BITTER EXPERIENCE. ITS NOT WORTHY AS PER ROOM RENT. HOTEL IS VERY COZY. NO CLEANLINESS IS SHOWN AT ALL IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL.EVERYWHERE THERE IS SOME GARBAGES. STAFFS ARE VERY RUDE. NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD.

The property is near to the Jagannath temple. Although it is a bit far from the beach. They have their own restaurant. They provide good quantities of food but quality needs to be improved. Staffs behavior is good. Rooms are small, and if you are planning to stay with your family in a single room, may you face it very inconvenient. The lift is unavailable after 10 pm. Roof is not being maintained. So the overall experience is good.
