Hotel Grace, Gwalior

We have gone to gwalior for our son's admission to item university, we booked a room at Hotel Grace, Gwalior grace initially for one day thinking it may be useful for temporary stay to fresh up. But after reaching the Hotel Grace, Gwalior, we changed our decission and extended the stay for three days till our work complete. The room is very neat and the wash rooms also clean and tidy the complementary breakfast provided was very good in taste and the presentation was clean and attractive. The room service and Hotel Grace, Gwalior staff are good, and are maintain g good relationship with guests. On the whole Hotel Grace, Gwalior grace is well suitable for family budgetary stay in gwalior city.

Had a fantastic experience. The reception manager mr akhilesh along with his entire team including kitchen staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice & clean. The restaurant food was very good. On the day we were to leave by flight they packed us lunch the location of the Hotel Grace, Gwalior is also very convenient near the railway station. They arrange for pickup from the railway station which was very convenient for us since we came by train from khajuraho would recommend this Hotel Grace, Gwalior to travellers and would stay there again if needed

Compact but we'll maintained rooms, very polite staff and a chef blessed with taste, delicious preparations. We booked an executive room, though the pictures didn't exactly match, but it was a beautiful room, key highlight was a jacuzzi. Our kids loved the Hotel Grace, Gwalior and the staff's hospitality. Location wise walkable from railway station. They also provided complimentary pickup from the station. Kudos to the owners. If you visit gwalior, consider staying in Hotel Grace, Gwalior grace.

Room medium size with bathtub which is unique but due to space crunch you have to take shower bath by entering bathtob which is cumbersome and risky. Though behavior staff is good. Food is good but little spicy without sitting arrangement like restaurant, need to take food at room, which i don't prefer. Unique idea to become memorable to children by putting drawing copy and pencils in the room is very satisfying. Kits given are ok. Balcony need to be more clean and interesting by decoration.

Excellent Co-operation from Manager to serving boys of Hotel Grace, Gwalior. Even Manager of the Hotel called us one day in advance and asked our program of our arrival to Gwalior and arranged free pickup from station to Hotel Grace, Gwalior. Food is very tasty. Room are very neat and ambience is very good. We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel Grace, Gwalior. We would like to rate our overall experience with Hotel Grace, Gwalior as Excellent-5. The stay was fabulous. I mean absolutely perfect. Everything was on point. The staff, the reception confronters and most importantly the food. The food was really worth spending every penny. The location of the Hotel Grace, Gwalior is very convenient to travel from gwalior station. There was proper hygiene and it was also full of facilities. They also provide the facilities for cab and transportation for the people who stay there for examination purposes.

The Hotel Grace, Gwalior was very good. They also picked up us from the railway platform. Nice maintenance. The food was awesome with good quality and quantity (just value of money. However, at last, when we checked out, they charged us for food, but the charge was not transparent as per our calculation. As feedback, i would like to say that they can make a bill for every charge for transparency. Other than this everything was fantastic.

Initially room provided was not good due to poor ventilation, however on my complaint they immediately shifted me to a room which has very good ventilation & comfort. The service is exceptionally good. Though the Hotel Grace, Gwalior does not have restaurant but room service was excellent. Food is tasty & delicious. Overall it was good experience for me and my family.

Budget Hotel Grace, Gwalior which just does the job. Very nice and accommodating staff. Food is tasty and decent portions. Rooms are clean however require renovation. Parking is available but open and in front of the Hotel Grace, Gwalior manned by guards.

The stay was amazing, all the facilities were so good. The food was amazing but each dish was for a minimum of two people. The deluxe ac room was good and hygiene is also well maintained.

Me and my daughter's first trip to north india. It was quiet safe and pleasant because of the choice we made. Hotel grace is in prime location and so we were able to visit the gwalior fort, zoo, palace and mall in our short stay. The food is quite good but they can include few more varieties. Even we planned to come again to this historic city.

The property is good, though the neighborhood is not all that exciting. A little more is needed in the bathrooms. Staff is courteous. Food was good.

Hotel grace was really good. It's close to almost all tourist attractions of gwalior. The food there was nice too. And also they took care of pick up and drop from the railway station which is good. All the people working there are extremely cooperative. Any help they are always. I had travel-led with my friend and found the Hotel Grace, Gwalior to be safe for girls
