Hotel Grand

I found this Hotel Grand a budgetary Hotel Grand, I like the room service, neatness and specially the food provided by them, I would recommend each and every guest to prefer once when ever you would like to stay in Dehradun, because I am visiting Dehradun since from last 7 years, and during my visit, I have tried more than 15-20 Hotel Grand over there, but I was not at all happy with my past stay. In my last visit, I stayed in Hotel Grand and probably it was my one of the best stay in this Hotel Grand, literally I like the neatness, room services and specially the food they served, overall it was a great experience, and next time, I would definitely prefer Hotel Grand.

Value for Price. This was my second stay in this Hotel Grand and I am very much satisfied with the services and follow up received from the Hotel Grand management and staff. He staff is cooperative and supporting. Given a choice, I would definitely like to go again to the Hotel Grand, with respect to its location, and services. Just a negative aspect is the quality of the linen which could have been cleaner. However still satisfactory, and the staff changed the linen immediately when the issue was brought to their notice.

The Hotel was up to my satisfaction, and they were kind enough to follow up with my on instance of my train getting late. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with hospitable staff. However, a little more can be done about the cleanliness and the room service. I was told to press the bell for room service and even after pressing several times there was no response. This was however not a big issue for me and my stay was comfortable. I would definitely be going again there for stay in Dehradun.

The Hotel Grand facilities are excellent. It is good budget Hotel Grand and adjacent to ISBT bus station so in case you are traveling on bus the only you have walk just a few step to reach bus station. A lovely large room with comfortable bed. We have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in room. Despite it is situated near bus station still we did not feel any noise. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had very good complimentary breakfast. We had very delightful stay.

It was a nice Hotel Grand with dedicated staff and clean room. It was comfy and quiet. But some minor hiccups, first of all finding it was tricky as in the same building there were 3 Hotel Grands with quite similar names, and I got confused. Then some more such while check-out I came to know that they provide free Wi-Fi too. And TV service was not so good. My room was non AC deluxe. But overall I loved staying here and I slept a very good sleep

GOOD HOTEL LOCATED NEAR RAILWAY STATION Room is clean. Location is very good first of all it was only 200mtr from Dehradun railway station and The working staff was cordial and room was nice and clean .. Location is perfect just near prince chowkand walking distance from city railway station ... Manger and all the staff are veryhelp full and communicative .. Hotel is well good and clean.

It was really different than other Hotel Grands like location was mid of the city, service also was quickly and good, interior of room was awesome and our trip became great staying at this Hotel Grand. Because of the good location of the Hotel Grand it is very easy to riming the city late night and shopping so overall this Hotel Grand really makes the difference to others.

The location is good, walking distance from Mussoorie bus station. Clean rooms, Budget tariff. The Hotel Grand is just a walk away from New Delhi Railway station. Room was Clean, staff behavior was very good. Food was good. Good quality of food. Fast room service. No Free wi fi. And connectivity of near railway station and market. So on no need to go outside for lunch

Everything was great according to price. Pleasant stay. Value for money booking. Cooperative staff. Loved it .. Near to Railway station and Dehradun centre .. Parking available. But due to harsh traffic in day time tough to move your car back to way ..

Location was good and all other things like service and cleanliness was average.

Very good staff are well behaved owner is very down to earth atmosphere is homely. Easily approachable at centre of the city. Rooms are very clean facilities provided is WiFi hot and cold water supply 24 hours.

Room is nice & beautiful . . Location is Infront of Railway Station. Service is good. Staff is well behaved. Food is good in side at economical rate. Wi fi is available. Wish to come again at this Hotel Grand.

It was a good experience, the location is good. The staff and the service of the Hotel Grand is friendly. The food is also good and tastey. One can easily access all the nearby tourist places from here. Staff of the Hotel Grand also helps you to know the places to visit areas.

The Hotel Grand room lighting is awesome.

It was a good experience. I Hotel Grand is at very good location. Room service is good. Room is little bit small but very neat and clean. Hotel staff were good. Though it is in very crowdy place near railway station but it was good and peaceful experience for me.

It was wonderful journey. I enjoyed a lot ... Nice weather ... Nice place ... Nice people ... Room is good. Location is good .. Next to railway station. Fun .. But no water facility. Hot water in morning only .. Not good
