Hotel Grand Arjun

Good location, staff behavior is good, food quality is good. Room quality is not so good. Bathroom conditions can be improved.

Staff attitude was poor, no room amenities. Room conditions were bad, and response of staff was poor. If they adopt modern facilities, the location of the hotel is good. Room conditions also need revamping, and staff attitude requires change.

When I checked in for single occupancy they had given me a room in terrible condition because they had a shortage of rooms. It was smelling very bad like it was never used for months and when I asked it to change the same they showed me room which was comparatively in better condition and for which they had charged me extra 600rs over I had no other option left excep to stay there because of non refundable booking at that particular time otherwise I would have changed the same as they don't have give the facilities for the price they charge.

please please please do not book this one it is the worst not cleaned at all no phone in the room to call reception worst staff in night had to request them a thousand times to change sheets and the staff gave the sheets to me to put it on myself

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Arjun in Raipur. The location is excellent—centrally situated with easy access to major spots in the city. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. I was also impressed by the spacious and well-maintained rooms, which made my stay very comfortable. Overall, it's a great option for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

They are changing 10% extra as a service charge. This is terrible, this is totally dadagiri. Not acceptable at all

Pathetic hotel. Smelling like fungus everywhere. No cleanliness. Tv not working. Food was worst. No hot water in the morning. Poor service.

Hotel was ok but the services they provided that is not appropriate. When ever we order some food at the time of payment they alway keep asking us to pay in cash. Otherwise gst will be changed. All the time they are trying to do give someones else qr code for payment

Very bad hotel experience. There were rates in the room. Destroyed many things. The hotel owner and staff behaviour was too rude.

The stay was looking nice in picture only but in actual it was terrible. The rooms were very old construction. Interior was old the amenities were like zero. No moisturizer, no thoothpaste no toothbrush and other things were there. They provided almond drops oil sachets after paying

The hotel room was the worst. The bed mattress was damaged and even the bed was not of a proper size. The bedsheets seems to be decades old. The lights and fans and walls were fully covered with dust and spider webs. The shower did not work. So i left in one night itself and have not completed the stay. Worst ever hotel

Take extra money 650 and i'm forgot my goggles n contact to hotel he say he checking but not responding when i visited to hotel then he told me no goggles found i never book hotel as well as not on make my trip also

Food is good with 3-5 items of break fast and for dinner it is available with the hotel only

The stay at hotel grand arjun was well below expectations. While the staff are friendly which is the only positive point. Rooms are damp, bathroom mat was old and could not absorb water, towels were sub standard, bed is hard, pillows are too thin and uncomfortable, the fans run at a fast speed irrespective of which number is selected on the regulator. The feel of comfort is not there at all

couldn't stay there changed the hotel after few hours ignoring the amount paid

Room was good and if there come any problem the staff helped immediately. Overall my stay was satisfactory.
