There is no covered for hanging cloth and shoes, No remote available for AC, Toilet jet is very pathetic.

The hotel is not well maintained, i found the room floor dirty also they don't provide room sleepers.The hotel staff is good and friendly.front desk people are helpful.but breakfast there was no variety.they served only poori sabji and poha.hotel location is good.

Premium delux room. Nice carpet area. Good accommodation. Beautiful room. Good staffs. Nice meal too. Washroom must have exhaust fan. Overall 4. 5 by 5

The hotel is clean and hygenic. Staff behaviour is good. However e the lifts are outdated and needs to be replaced. It may pose a threat to kids.

The rooms are good but has become quite old and needs renovation. The amount of of food served in the in house restaurant is not worth the price. The taste is average. Overall its a okayish hotel. Nothing outstanding either.

The hotel is clean and food is very good. The staff are also very helpful. There is nice parking space as well for 20-25 vehicles.

The first room allotted to me had some strange smell in the room. Then, i asked for another room. The other room's intercom phone did not work. Breakfast was average. Okay hotel for a short stay.

Room was suffocating not clean. Bed not clean and clothes are not clean. Towels not clean and very old. Found door handle problem not lock properly. Geyser not working. Canteen food was good expensive

Hotel available in the good location. Rooms are clean. Food quality also good. Staffs are more supportive. Overall services are very good.

Very poor. Bathroom faucet broken. Dental kit provided for only one person though double occupancy. Only one glass provided in the room. After requesting for glass and tissue. Small glass was provided holding one piece of tissue. No exhaust. When asked they said it wasn't working for so long for the entire property. Maintenance is so so poor, service provided of one star hotel but charging like 3 star hotel.

Very poor stay. Staff itself on lunch during lunch hours. So no orders honored till they returned, morning u will get drinking water only after 8 as housekeeping leaves. No spread in breakfast, no milk or honey for cornflakes till asked, no breads till asked, oily food, mediocre cooking, very very slow check out. Rooms are decent but no towel till asked

The batroom door was broken. And the room was having a damp smell

The property is old and some of the things like bathroom door not working and unclean room. Also staff is only the guy.

Rooms & washroom were not cleaned properly. Food was below average. I stayed in this property 5-6 times in last 6 month but the breakfast menu was same didn't find anything new and that too below average.

Room facilities are not up to date. The lock if bathroom door is not working. Breakfast is good. Staff is not so cooperative.

The waiters are very humble and polite also receptionist sudipto gohain ma'am is very kind heart-ed and well maintained proficiency.

Not value for money. High rate. Front desk persons are not cooperative. Not recommended at all. I hv book for one person by mistake. But it hv to two person. Hotel charged very much extra charge

The hotel staff was very pleasant & polite. The room service was punctual and food was very good. However, the hotel could do with some better maintenance. I had to request for the surfaces to get wiped clean. The bathroom door was not easy to lock. The hotel entrance could do with some sprucing too

It was a good one night sojourn. The place was close to my destination. The reception was faultlessly and with speed. The checkout equally fast. The service at the restaurant was slow as only one person manages everything. Breakfast was okay
