Terrible place for stay now where to start first the rooms smells like a bird cage second the fan was not working when I complaint about that ,the owner/ receptionist was an asshole about it and said to me more amount and take a ac room , bedsheet was dirty pillows was dirty and smelly and that receptionist told me he cleaned the fucking room but by looks of it he didn’t, lastly the receptionist was a real asshole, was rude all the time didn’t even helped with anything related with the room. the pictures showed to us are miles apart from the reality it wasn’t anything like the picture showed in the booking site . Receptionist had every bit of a problem related to anything you do even where you go . Receptionist is a fucking bastard The rooms were not ventilated which resulted in claustrophobic room . Not recommended for women as 2 washrooms are connected and anyone can se through the ceiling ventilation terrible experience please do not visit and waste your money not worth it

Rooms are very dirty there is no cleanliness bedsheet towel pillow all are very dirty firstly we have stayed in non ac rooms those are wrist after that we had paid 300 extra for ac room which are little bit better than non ac rooms, there was too much smell in rooms i had exam in chandigarh and we stayed there for some hours for rest but my husband get ill after staying there. It's a humble request to the hotel kindly focus on cleaning or can't show your hotel too clean in images

The hotel condition was not good at all the blankets and pillowcase were very dirty

There was no proper sign board of the property, no one picked up the call on the contact no shared after booking. Very ridiculous behaviour. I have urgent concall but there is no wifi connectivity. The room was stinky. No packed water offered during the checkin.

Only money wasting. . . . . . .

The rooms were not clean and the TV was also off. The stuff was good and the weather was good.😔👍😔

Poor hygiene was maintained there. I was assigned a room in which basic hygeine was poor. Garbage, cigarette waste, smell in entire room and much more lagging.

I booked a room through make my trip in this hotel and pay money whatever is mentioned on sight. It's written in amminities that room is air conditioner. I book this hotel about 11 o clock at night. When i reach the hotel the receptionist show the booking details and show the voucher that i booked a without ac room. Is it possible that before payment a voucher of booking can be issued. After payment you can book my room according to your convenience. After a long discussion with customer care and mr ashok yadav said to cancel my booking or pay more 400- to continue with ac room. It's disgusting. At night 1 o'clock i pay him 800- to book ac room directly. Is this your way to deal with people. Customer care force me to show proof. I am not dumb or fool. I can read instructions very well. Very bad for make my trip.

Room was not clean n hygienic very old property. Lots of mosquitoes though they provided mosquitoes repellent after asking but no proper maintenance not at all good for family

Good behaviour and customer friendly hotel with good / quick serving of food. Mr dipak goswami assist customer with very kind heart-ed with his great smile.

the staff should be polite.the staff just directly enters ur door without knocking.food is average good but not at all worth for the prices.there are no appliances which are required in a hotel like a coffee kettle,tv is not working ,ac won't work.and about the hygiene they just make the bed after a customer leaves and give it to another customer.not at all changing of bedsheets and other stuff that is used by the customer before. not a good experience for me.👎
