Hotel Grand Gayathri

The Hotel met expectations, rooms are spacious, well-maintained The only disappointment was at breakfast. We arrived a bit late at 10:30, the staff did not attend to us adequately. They could have said the restaurant is closed and asked us to order company room service. Instead, they compromised by serving cold tea-coffee, offered to microwave when we complained (we left the beverages and paid nonetheless). The Pesarattu dosa ordered via a-la-carte was served in halves to the two of us! Half a dosa was served less. The veg menu is restrictive in my opinions.

The rooms were very good and clean. Even deluxe room was very spacious and big. Washrooms were good too. They were clean however they had a little smell which was weird but except that no flaw. The receptionist was kind and patient and formalities checking in and out were done quickly and without any problem. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and very very tasty. From bread jam pancakes to south indian everything was freshly made. The waiters were very kind, friendly and patient too.

In spite of filling my details viz. Company name, address, GST details in MakeMyTrip portal no data is shared with the Hotel Grand Gayathri Gayatri who has taken the final bill without consulting me even though I was asking for draft for verification. Due to this final gst bill came without my company gstin and hence I am unable to claim my Hotel Grand Gayathri bill from my company. This casual approach of Hotel Grand Gayathri staff is not good.

I was on 2 nights stay, on work. Value for money. Rooms were spacious and the food was good. Sufficient spread in breakfast, nothing to note as negative regarding Hotel Grand Gayathri stay.
There were noise due to some celebration, when pointed out a director of the Hotel Grand Gayathri personally regretted for the same and told that was celebration party of some local tennis tournament.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Food is good. Staff is very nice. Rates are also cheap only if you book directly from the Hotel Grand Gayathri. MMT will charge you much more than the Hotel Grand Gayathri. I was charged extra per room through MMT for a room which the Hotel Grand Gayathri would offer for leas. Even they were surprised. So, choose wisely.

All good about the place. Clean, spacious rooms. Great TV and AC. Great service. Friendly staff . Breakfast variety could improve food could be a bit less spicy. And the adjacent parking area could be cleaned up. It could be one of the best Hotel Grand Gayathris in khammam if they maintain these standards for long.

Rooms are good. Amenitues are good. Just be cautious that there will be lot of snacks and cold drinks can will be available at room and those are chargeable. It is not like other Hotel Grand Gayathris which gives complimentary. Breakfast spread is good and staff are cooperative

It's very clean and good. Staff behavior is good. Lunch and dinner will be excellent in the Hotel Grand Gayathri. Well maintained Hotel Grand Gayathri in Khammam. But only one negative is full of hard water in washroom. Need to install water softener for better water.

Service and food are very good

Nice Hotel in city, I had terrible stay in other Hotel Grand Gayathris as I Travel frequently but this is good at a reasonable price.

Observed ne at maintenance, lactation is good, inner room facilities are maintaining satisfactory but coffee and sugar and milk sochets need to be keep more,
