Hotel Grand Him Queen Hot and Cold Rooms

The only thing which is good about this property is its location and view from rooms. The property has not been maintained at all, it's not worth the money being spent. There have been a seepage in the rooms and even toilets are not made well. The flow of water while taking bath gets spread in the entire bathroom Rooms are spacious enough and having good view. But again maintenance is nil. We checked in the hotel at 2 pm and the rooms were not ready. The linen was dirty. After request they changed the same. Further, linen were having wrinkles which proofs that the same were not changed. Toiletories and water bottles were made available after many requests. The staff at hotel was polite and ready to extend support except one female staff. She was very reluctant in providing facilities. It was raining the entire day so we requested if they could provide us iron sot-hat we could dry our clothes. Which was provided after many requests. We ordered some food which was obviously on paid basis but the quantity was very less as compare to price. The hotel shows a rosy picture but apart from the view from rooms and location of hotel, there is nothing to be appreciated. The management is charging price of 3. 5 star + category but hotel is of 2 star category. Also. We checked out from hotel around 7 :45 am today mrng.

Centrally located from all places , rooms are nice with balcony , comfortable beds , you can take shower for longer time that is a extra plus to your money spent .variety of food is limited , like no tandoor , but you get good and fresh food as per your convenience. Recommended to all

Place is peaceful, near to Nature. Positive Vibes 😊 Nice staff and so polite. I enjoyed here and its in the heart of the market. all facilities are available . Value for money 💰 !!!

The property has valley view, but due to construction, it was a little disturbing. The rooms were nice, staff is good but less in number. Food is good. Overall it was nice, but can be better!

We suffered whole night at our stay when power was off no staff was there even to on generator no staff will receive call after 1030 even we had not got water bottle in room service after 1030

Staff was good specially mam sitting on reception she was very helpful as we having kids and food was awesome rooms are very clean

The location of the hotel is nice. It's situated in a relatively peaceful club house road, which is very near to the main market area and to the dalai lama temple. However, there's a problem with an ongoing construction on the immediate backside of the hotel which blocks the view of the mountain and causes a lot of noise during the entire daytime. Other hotels in the same road have an unobstructed view which makes this hotel a less desirable choice.
