Hotel grand inn

Apart from the staff, nothing great in this lodge. Rat roaming all over the room which is a concern.

No cleanliness No room service I have to go down to Reception for all things. Bathrooms are worst. Lizards all around. Broken doors. I dont know how they are saying in reviews that food is good as they have no pantry.

During my stay at the hotel, I was shocked to find the room unclean—there were stains on the sheets, a foul smell in the bathroom

Thde hotel is not clean, the condition of the room were extremely poor and the service is horrible.

Property location is on prime spot but the surroundings are very unclean due to hideous lane. Wish it was a little more better.

Worst hotel. I had to checkout with in 1 hour due to worst maintenance. It is smelling in corridors. Don't book this hotel at all. The didn't clean washroom before we check in and it was smelling badly.

That is a lodge not hotel. For 5 adults and 3 kids given 2 deluxe rooms. 1 room bed is even king size. No car parking is available as mentioned only 2 car parkings are available for entire hotel. No lift is available. The water geysers are shared by other rooms. Have seen bugs and mosquitoes. There are no dual beds Room service is terrible.

Hot water on request only. Car parking is your luck. Approach road is stinking due to public urination. Poor room service. No complimentary water. For two people, they gave one towel and one sample soap.

the rooms are having dirt all over and the staff took a huge amount of money without providing proper food.

The hotel and management was good but there was no proper ventilation in rooms i faced a problem after booking a non ac room and again i paid 500 to shift in the ac room.

Inside the Room Maintenance was poor. And Found Cockroach roaming on bed ,walls were with dirty marks, entirely it was scary and horrible.🙏Just checked out the hotel in a couple of hours after noticing all these.And Room was tightly congested as well.

Disastrous rooms, totally filled up with fungal spores everywhere,and rat infestation in my room. My nose is Jammed after inhaling the Air from that room.

Not so good … but ok, for AC room price is too high, no proper maintenance …
