Hotel Grand Khalifa

The hotel ambience was good but hotel staff was not up to mark. The service was not prompt and we had to go to reception for any needs.

Place is not employed with proper uniform staff.. completely run by people who were continuously staring not suitable for families, environment and vibes were not good

The experience was great...only one issue that these guys don't serve food in rooms which should be done...rest all the things were amazing

Had a awesome hospitality and superb room with reasonable price. If rooms available then they upgrade your room from deluxe to super deluxe

The rooms are big, near and clean. The air conditioning with heating arrangement made the rooms very comfortable in the cold weather in jaisalmer. Service is slow. We didn't get breakfast before 8. 15 am.

Property access is very poor. Food is terrible. Rooms are suffocating. Cost is very high compared to the services and quality.

The property is nice with a sit out area but the poolside was not operational during my stay. The hospitality is excellent and the trip to the grand khalifa was also good. Breakfast is good, service is nice although the price was a little steep.

I had a great time at Hotel Grand Khalifa! The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The room was spacious, comfy, and had a fantastic view of the city. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the swimming pool was the perfect way to relax after exploring. The hotel’s location is really convenient, close to everything, but still peaceful. Overall, a wonderful experience
