Location: Our Event Point of View it was nearby. It's on the outskirts of the city. It's a residential area. For daily needs or food, you have to take a long walk of 2 KM Food: Good Amenities: Average. Service: Average. No intercom for housekeeping. For food, call on restaurant mobile Room: Bathroom quite small.

Hotel staff was so arrogant Room was so dirty with smoking smell and pan masala

Property and reception staff was ridiculous. Way of treating customer was poor and room was also dirty and non maintained.

Food price is too high and quality is very bad. Living Standard is average. Staff behavior is good

The room was not like a super deluxe room...and the bed size was also very small. This experience was not good.

Terrible stay!! The room provided was not as shown in the pictures. There was a pillar in the center of the room, making the space uncomfortable, and the room was untidy. No mineral water was offered; when we asked, we were told it was chargeable and were instead given RO water in a jug. On entering, the room smelled strongly of smoke, which was very unpleasant. The Front office behavior was quite rude and unhelpful. Throughout the night, there was constant disturbance from neighboring rooms. When we reported this, the staff simply told us to directly ask the other guests to remain silent, instead of resolving the issue themselves. Overall, my stay was very disappointing. Unfortunately, since I had already paid and cancellation was not an option, I had no choice but to continue with this poor experience.

Very upset with this hotel pathetic service. servent are rude .even phone is not in room. washroom beyond the limit unclean

Really bad stay. Everything is dirty and unhygienic. And they do not allow zomato as well. No mini fridge in the room as mentioned on MMT.

No sense to hotel reception how to talk to the customers

The hotel was untidy and not kept properly. The bathroom especially was pretty dirty and looked like it isn't cleaned regularly. The crowd also was mostly men and not comfortable for travellers

Property was in secluded location, pretty old and not maintained properly. Even the door locks were not functioning fine. Cleaning was ok though. Front desk staff is pretty rude and shrewd

Food and staff were too good. Also, the early checkin they provided and also the requested late checkout was impeccable

Property is ok but the behaviour of the receptionist is rude and not helping for anything. Other staff is very good. Food is also good enough.

3rd class room were given....no tv working...will not suggest anyone , not proper clean. Bathroom are dirty
