HOTEL GRAND MAURYA

Awesome rooms and exemplary service in food, especially Rizwan on the top of his toes for help. All the staffs are courteous and polite. If planning to visit siwan, one can blindly trust hotel grand maurya and restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was warm, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and cared for.

The hotel is near the railway station and has easy access and easy connectivity. I found it easy and the hotel staff is very cooperative and early solved my small issues. however there was a need for improvement of lighting and furniture sections as few lights were not working. overall a good stay.

Excellent services and supportive staffs are there. All new things are there and nice cleaning at all. Very good accomodation and parking facilities are available.

The ac was not cooling . The shower was not working. Had to use hand shower . Food was okay. Cleanliness was good . Room was good.

Service is o key sort. Room is big, but not very clean. Door mat is dirty. Overall so so. Not worth huge room rent

The property built for the suite was good. Hospitality was good. Food was awesome. Hats off to the chef. Hotels needed to improve cleanliness, the room was clean but the entry of the hotel was full of flies. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. There were issues of power for 1 hour on 19th july during evening even the power backup was not available. But they kept us informed on this issue. They are the best in siwan but not good as compared to good hotels in ncr.

Overall stay was fine. Behaviour of the staff was too good. Little bit dissatisfaction because the room was provided little bit late and there was little current problem in night but it was fixed later.

Too much sound of trains as siwan junction is in front of hotel. Full night trains keep horning disturbing sleep of all. Rest all good. Thanks

I had an excellent stay at hotel grand maurya siwan. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The spacious and clean rooms, coupled with reliable wifi, exceeded my expectations. The rates are budget-friendly compared to other options in the area. The in-house dining experience was delightful, with attentive service and amazing food. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good experience with this hotal. Rooms are very clean and food quality of this is also very good. Staff support is excellent.

The beds sheet looked as old as sheets 6 months ago the bathrooms are worse no toiletries were provided and the geezer wasn’t connected correctly the foods are wordt the quality id trash worthy

No one can expect such horrifying experience. Don’t expect any help from this property if want to check out little early. Untrained rudely staff may spoil your whole day with their behaviour in morning. Very poor services
