HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN

I stayed there for one night and less than 24 hrs. So my review is based on that short experience. First the positives: 1. Check in was quick and easy. 2. Room was quite big and full of drawers, cupboards, one almirah and one large mirror fixed on the wall. 3. Mini refrigerator and electric kettle were provided with sugar, tea, coffee pouch. 4. Bath room was reasonably clean. 5. Ac was working fine. 6. Room service was provided as per my requirement and time. 7. Fan was not working but their technician came and charged the regulator after reporting. After that fan started to work. Now the negatives: 1. Godrej smart lock was fixed on the room door which once you close the door from outside gets locked and supposed to be opened with the smart card provided. But their card was not working. Hotel authority did not address the issue despite our reporting. We didn't face much problem because our stay was very short and we preferred not to go outside. 2. Though the bathroom was reasonably clean the bathtub was clearly not looking very clean. 3. Drainage system of the bathroom was not in a good condition. After bathing water getting deposited on the floor and taking almost 10/15 minutes to get drained out completely. We didn't report the problem. Overall conclusion: HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN is good but lacks maintenance.

We booked this HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN looking at the decent photos and checked in with min expectations. Too our pleasant surprise, the HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN was excellent. To be frank, we did not expect such good rooms and ambience in a HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN near Katni Station. The food was also good. Location is perfect at 2 mins from railway station. Also it is next to Big bazaar. Overall very satisfied! Highly recommended.

My experience was great, i booked a deluxe room which is quite spacious and all the required things available like bed, sofa, dining computer table, tv wifi, coffee/ tea maker etc. The bathroom was also cleaned and hygienic, easily i found car parking, the best thing is you can find all other things like bars/pubs and restaurants, shopping.

All staff is very well trained and courteous. Great food and USP of the place is the rooms and the location. Had a great time with my friend here. Manager is a superman when it comes to management. Staff remembers your food preference and health condition.

Had been there with family for 2 days. Location was very good as it was so close to railway station and also the Ghantaghar market. Hotel is interconnected with city mall. Rooms, bathroom and whole property is very clean, staff is very good in their jobs.

We went for a wedding in our relatives. The destination was close to the HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN. It's a new HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN near a shopping mall. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was sufficient. Overall excellent value for money. Recommended!

The HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN is very close to the railway station. The HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. The washroom is also very clean. The food in the restaurant is good. The HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN staff are very helpful.

Good food, moderate rate and clean and hygienic room however smoke smell was prominent in HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN lobby which made it little distaste other wise it's a great place to stay.

In single word, this is a nice HOTEL GRAND MERIDIAN where u can stay eat and this is very close to katni railway station hardly 3 min to reach junction

Hotel has big rooms as compared to its price with all amenities in bathroom, however, they are very poor in cleaning.
