The stay was as expected, according to the price the stay was absolutely fine. My overall stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and pleasant. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the reception were polite and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping services were timely, and the food quality was good as well. I especially appreciated the prompt service and courteous behavior of the staff. Location wise is good but I booked for two days but they change my room in between. Room is not clean as I expect. Bathroom towel is also dirty.

Despite repeatedly requesting breakfast without garlic and onion, this request was not prepared until ordered. This resulted in an unacceptable delay and inconvenience. Further, they showed frustration on this issue. The food itself was only average in quality.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. Rooms AC not cooling properly Bed sheets had stains on them and mattress issue and Water bottle extra payment charges due to complimentary water facilities not available.

First we asked about room availability but they refused, after that when we checked online it was showing room availability, then we asked them again and they asked us for a higher charge online, then we did the online booking.
