Hotel Grand Sharda

The hotel staff is not well trained..he doesn't know about customer service... Manner to talk with customers..rude behaviour ... disappointing ...he also has not given the hotel check out bill.

Food is so expensive

Very pleasant stay, good and neat rooms and washrooms properly maintained, good hospitality and good well educated staff

Good food staff behavior was good value for money property it's my 1st time in this hotel but i am satisfied in this property

Not at all good service as well as room is very bed and the most important part of room is ac is not working properly

Hotel is good but standard room is too small comparison to price, location is good, food is good, towel and sleeper not available for standard room, service is good

The hotel was quite good, the hotel facilities were also good, the view of the restaurant was good, but the behavior of the staff was not good at all, the service of the staff was also bad.

Hotel was good from outside but rooms were not upto the mark. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. Room was having water mold(seelan) due to which mold smell was there. It was tough to fit in. We asked manager to change our room but they denied. The rooms were not as per the pictures uploaded they give average small rooms which are very messy, dirty and stained. Here only food is good location is good as it has parking space.

Staff was very good, good for couple and the interior was good. Price was little bit high but safe for couple and family

The personnel on the counter had worst behaviour. We have to carry our own luggage to and fro room!

When i book, you say breakfast is include in bill but in hotel they don't provide complimentry breakfast

I stayed at hotel grand sharda many times, but this time, i am faced too many problems. 1st, mosquitoes were in the room. They provided all out, but it's failed. They did not agree to change the room. 2nd, i requested them to bring me food without onion or garlic because navratri was going on, and they insured me for that. But they ate me onion in my food and after complaining they said just sorry sir it's mistake.

Rooms ac not working properly. Service was not upto mark. Room bed were very bad. Bad smell was in room. After complaining room was not changed. Washroom only hot water supply found after check-in.

Non cooperative staff, dirty washrooms, leakage in ac, water over flow and choked basin

Staff even don’t know how talk and follow basic hygiene

Everything is good at this hotel, value of money

Decent family hotel with friendly staff. Food was good and the kids had a lot of place to play.

Worst condition of toiles, all-ready used towels was there, bad no bedsheet on matress, blanket was very dirty we not even used this

Basically it's a banquet, they showing their luxury rooms and gave rooms which is used for banquet.

Infrastructure is not good no connection for ground floor rooms from ground level
