Never Book ECONOMY ROOM in this HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY. Anyone can see you inside from windows. And its very cold. While we enter the room, We have never seen such room ever in life. Immediately asked to upgrade room. Hotel staff behaviour is very polite and good. We paid the difference and we got BUSINESS CLASS ROOM. But not got benefit of online discount. Now this room was better, It was AC room and was good for winter. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. But it was just OK. It was around 11pm when our train reached very late. But HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY managed food for us. Food was very good. Hotel staff was always eager to help in our two days stay. Never suggest for ECONOMY ROOM. You will be highly disappointed. Go for BUSINESS ROOM. But its not for value for money. Overall experience was good.

Location of HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY is very good. Situated in V2 mall, there are multiple utility shops around. There is also. A fast food joint just outside the HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY. Food served is not very great but is very pocket friendly. Washrooms could have been cleaner and pillow covers were not properly cleaned. Overall it is a very good deal at its price. Rating one star less for average food and average hygiene.

Good staff. Room was also good according to the place like Dharbanga. Below the HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY there is restaurant that is the big plus point. Nice food & special thanks to Makemytrip as it made easy and with good appropriate rates. One more suggestion tht thr shuld be option of cash payment on arrival of HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCYs via your booking.

ROOM -It was clean, spacious and well maintained. Service-Quick Facilities-not much provided in this area but it was OK. Location -good, near by of railway station I didn't expect this type of HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY in Darbhanga. Because Darbhanga is kind of undeveloped city. So for me this HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY was really good.

Rooms are decent. Staff behaviour is also good. Cleanliness and sanitation was also good. However, i doubt that they provide freshly washed sheets and blankets. Also, in my room the toilet flush was not working. The food is tasty but bit over priced. Overall i would give the HOTEL GRAND SM REGENCY a 3. 5 stars.

Situated in the heart of Mithalanchals CBD in mall with ample parking space, maintained rooms(AC), luscious food at its restaurant, courteous & helpful staffs ( specially Mr.Arun and Mr.Manoj) as few good things about the facility. Will definitely recommend my friends to visit.
