HOTEL GRAND TAJ

The quilt was dirty, wifi was not working at all. And the beverages did not meet the normal standards.

Manager are rude and services are very poor. Tatasky was not activated and request them to recharge but it was asked to wait till morning. Room doesn’t have clothes hanging facilities.

I stayed with family in this Hotel. Here is my experience: Pros: 1) Excellent Hotel under the budget 2) Location of the hotel was good. 3) Entire Hotel Staff was courteous and helping in nature. 4) Food was really very very tasty. 5) Rooms were neat and clean 6) Toilet was neat and clean 7) Geyser was working. 8) Entire hotel was neat and clean. Cons: 1) Bed Sheet was dirty and torn at few places 2) Pillow Covers were dirty 3) Towel was dirty Staff, upon my request changed the towel immediately. My Overall Experience: Good. Whether Recommended: Yes, Definitely

Worst hotel ever. No stuff, no management, no system, unhygeinic, worst behaviour plus hotel was like per hour system, not for good family

Friendly staff, ambience, room was clean, good service and the food.

Check-in was smooth. No issues. Washroom had no soap or hand-wash. There was an old, used condom shoved behind the toilet roll. Disgusting. Never going back there.

Hotel grand taj location is very good

We had very nice time during the stay. Food quality and price was good. Management and staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Guided us property. Very nice experience with the property owner and he was excellent person i would say.

Best price and giving clean room, helpful l staff, good service. Food service was too good. And it was very safe regarding privacy. And located in very good area and having nice space around hotal. Parking also goood. Will advice to use it
