Hotel Grape City

We the group of 8 senior citizens(4 males 4 females) have a good feeling to stay at HOTEL GRAPE CITY FOR ONE NIGHT (08/11/2017). All the four rooms found neat and clean and on the same floor, but on arriving they are not ready to enter and stay immediately, though these rooms were already booked well in advance by paying full amount, through make my trip e. G. TV cable connection were disconnected, HD TV SET UP BOX NOT CHARGED, replaced by SD SETUP BOX on complaint, jet point was leaking in bathroom of room no. 204, only one set of toothbrush was placed in the bathroom, no shaving kit provided, bedsheets were of average standard, teabags, sugar packs were given on demand. Location is accessible and easy to locate and is easily approachable using any convenience/vehicle, even the tourist bus. Most appreciable person was the man sitting on RECEPTION counter, very well behaved and cooperative and adjustable to our requirements. Interior of PURE VEG dining hall is impressive and attractive food was excellent specially TAWA SABZI, STAFF THEREAT IS VERY CORDIAL. Thanks for providing excellent complimentary breakfast, suitable for we all senior citizens. Small Park on entrance needs improvement specially for its cleanliness.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family at an affordable price because of the discount provided by MMT. Pros: 1. Good well maintained rooms - neat and clean 2. Basic amenities were provided 3. Prompt room service 4. Smooth check-in and check-out 5. Tasty food - especially kababs. 6. Good complimentary breakfast. 7. Easily accessible to Nasik Bus Terminus and Nasik Road Railway Station. 8. Free Wi-Fi access.

I stayed for one night in the way to Thane from Shirdi. I stayed there as it is nearer to railway station as I had to catch my train early morning. The staff are good & cooperative.
Hotel seems to be in an old building. Left Hotel Grape City at 5.45 am morning so could not avail complementary breakfast. The staff are very cordial & cooperative. It is about 1.5 km from Nasik railway station .

Very good staff, Neat and clean Hotel. Need to improve brake fast quality, very limited items in breakfast. Issue faced in hot water in morning time, but not raised any complaint because of time constraints. Need to improve overall room ambience, like soft and further thick matrices, no tea maker observed, no shaving kit observed. Overall average Hotel Grape City.

Hotel close to the Shrine so commute was easy .. On the main road so location easy to find and commutable ... Easy check-in and Checkout. Good and quick Service ... Food Taste and Quality is good .. Also good price. Bathrooms not well maintained, however 24 hours hot water facility available so good. T. V. Available .. OK play area for kids ...

This was my first visit to Nasik and booked this Hotel Grape City using MakeMyTrip, Grape city is really a very good Hotel Grape City situated on Pune Nasik road and true value for money for budget travellers. Very nice and clean rooms, polite staff and mainly quick service. Complimentary breakfast provided was really very good.

The Hotel Grape City is at a very good location. Make my trip gave a super discount. Hotel is very clean and the service is very prompt. The room are beautiful. Breakfast is very good. Overall great experience and the stay was very good because the intended work got completed with ease. Means the Hotel Grape City is very lucky.

I had got discount from MMT hence with the price I paid the Hotel Grape City was good. However with the regular Hotel Grape City rates it is overpriced. The place was clean and the reception was very courteous and helpful. The WiFi was poor. The satellite tv was faulty however it was corrected when informed.

Room are neat and clean, A/C room. Value for money. Service was slow but location good. Mukti dham was very near. Shows free Wi-Fi but I can't access in my mobile otherwise everything is best, all front office staff too were nice.

Good location, good service, nice rooms and garden. Complimentary breakfast spread was nice. Overall a nice experience and will suggest others to consider this Hotel Grape City if you visiting nashik. Staff was co-operating with request.

Hotel is very clean .. Room service is excellent. Rate is also suitable for every one. Food quality is also good and rate is also suitable. Room is also well maintain .. Wash room is good But shower is not work properly please check the shower of all wash room.

It was a pleasant stay. I had a marriage function there. Which went pretty nicely. Staff was well behaved and was helpful. As we were having a marriage function there. We had a pretty much booked the entire Hotel Grape City which helped us getting serverd better

I was at grape city for a day as I was on a business trip. It is located at convenient distance to Nasik road railway station and has good connectivity to Nasik city. I had a nice stay. Rooms are good and the staff is professional

Hotel location was very good being near to city and in the central place. Hotel rooms are also good and value for money type. We went to Nasik for religious purpose and this Hotel Grape City is good for those who wanted to move around for a day or two.

The Hotel Grape City of Grap City is Nasik. The location of Hotel Grape City are very good and near by railway station. This Hotel Grape City distance near by that no problem reach the Hotel Grape City. The Hotel Grape City service are good and facility are better service.

Good food preparation, but room service is not up to the mark.l want that the room service could be improved if Hotel Grape City administration is strong.you get poor room service in morning where as in evening it is good.

Overall it was a nice experience, the location of Hotel Grape City is perfect food is good. Staff is more or less co-operative.. City and all other places are well within the reach from this Hotel Grape City... Overall happy that we chose this Hotel Grape City.

This is a nice place to stay. However might be slightly overpriced for the quality of room that they are giving. It was easy to locate using google maps. The service is also good. Breakfast was very good. Room service was also quite good. Overall good

The Hotel Grape City is located on main road, nice room but need some renovation. Air condiction is very noisy ... Staff is very co operative. Food is delicious and we enjoy it. After all I can say that it was a nice stay.
