HOTEL GREAT WESTERN

Extremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.

This location is perfect for marathoners participating in tata steel 25k marathon as its just 5mins walk to the start and finish point. As it's located on park street, there are a lot of famous eating joints. There's no elevator and one has to climb srairs to the 2nd floor. Room was clean, but bathroom was very tiny. Even the washbasin was quite small. The staff were very hospitable.

Superb place to stay in kolkata. Start of park street food available and lots of other prominent qsr chains available. In terms of cleaning. It was excellent. The best part of this property is near the metro station and you can go anywhere where you want to go. Staff behaviour was good. Thank you for such lovely hospitality.

Good HOTEL GREAT WESTERN wrt to location good staff good service. The HOTEL GREAT WESTERN's location is good, situated close to major attractions and well-connected by transport. The room was okay, clean, and having amenities. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a good array of options.

The location is very good, on the park street. Just 100 mots from metro station. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite big. The breakfast is very affordable and the services are quite good. Best part each room has a ceiling fan which gives me a feel home feeling

It was a really good experience. All the staffs are good. Room service is really good. I believe it’s one of the best HOTEL GREAT WESTERN in budget and in terms of location.

The stay was good but the rooms are very compact overall stay is fine. Good place to be around lot of pubs and bars, happening place on fridays. Best location wise for site seeing, best for solo travellers

In prime location in heart of kolkata. Rooms are bit small but clean and hygiene. Amenities and aervice is good.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. Although one issue is make my trip is allowing 3 persons in standard room which are not comfortable enough. Still the HOTEL GREAT WESTERN staff was so professional and helpful.

Good HOTEL GREAT WESTERN to stay however rooms are small & not suitable for families but cleaning & other things are good. Staff behaviour is excellent even they allowed us for extra 1 hour during checkout. over all rating is 4/5.
