HOTEL GREATER ASHOK

The property is away from the city centre but ok as I was on a business trip. Rooms are ok . Staff is courteous but need some more professional training. food Quality of again ok. Item om menu is limited so I prefer only to take breakfast in hotel. overall experience is ok. not so Good not so bad.

Whole night there are some noises which are terribly nonsense making me uncomfortable....The first thing that the hotel needs to improve is there environment as everybody needs silence in night but that was a major missing overall experience is good but that night experience makes all the other things zero

Location was good. There was repeated power cuts, so the AC and lights switched off many times during our stay, so we could not rest properly. We could also hear talks from the other room so it also disturbed our sleep in the night. Food was awesome and the restaurant service was quick. The staff was helpful. Overall an average rating as they should improve upon electricity cuts and peaceful rooms for relaxed stay.

It’s horrible, management is too pathetic, no system, services issues, breakfast time and food quality and food availability issue. Almost nil availability, stall behaviour not supporting, too much time consuming after any order at breakfast time minimum 30 minutes n your luck too. Multiple reminder to staff but totally negligible from these end. same issue raised by me at the time of checkout too. But no satisfactory answer or revert by the front desk. i sure that i will not my stay in this hotel in future
