It was our 1st time travel-ling to kashmir. The staffs were extremely courteous and hospitable. We had small issue with our room on the 1st day however after learning what went wrong, they had tried everything resolving to the issue. Um-er (front desk) and wasim and asif @ at the Hotel Green Rooms, Vintage Luxury Near Dal Lake's restaurant led their team to look after all requirements and made our stay wonderful and a memorable one. I came with my family as part as a tour group and i stayed in this Hotel Green Rooms, Vintage Luxury Near Dal Lake for 4 nights. I must specially app**** their hospitality as it was amazing, anything we ask and we will receive it. The washrooms are really clean and they provide toilet paper and hair dryer. You get really hot water which is essential during the winter. The ac has heater in it as well. The food was really good and they took note of where we came from and tried their best to make food items that we would like. My family and i would definitely recommend this Hotel Green Rooms, Vintage Luxury Near Dal Lake.

Property is well maintained and the services are good and humble. The staff is very courteous and supportive. Great location staying at this place has been a wonderful experience it has been a family vacation of the people we loved their hospitality food prepared by chef syed is vary testy and homely the Hotel Green Rooms, Vintage Luxury Near Dal Lake is clean and tidy

Amazing stay. Very nice and kind hospitality. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner is yummy, delicious and also south indian. Everyday menu was different. Staff is amazing and served us very well. Rooms are clean and hygiene
