Hotel Green Valley

Extremely polite, responsive and friendly staff. Manager was very humble. Excellent rooms and all other basic amenities. I have been to 14-15 Hotel Green Valleys and i can say that they have best service. I left my room and when i came, my whole room was arranged neatly without any mismanagement of my stuff. Nothing was there that can be pointed to improve

good, you will provide free breakfast, but a little issue I found is that, while booking my room there is mentioned to provide a free bed as I booked for three guest, but the bed they provided is double beding and when I asked for it they provided a mattress where one personed had to sleep on the floor. other wise all things are good.🙏

I found in morning that geyser was not working, despite hot water was given as alternate but that disturbed my further plan and given mental tension. Toilet seat was also not desirable cleaned appears to be very bad appearance. Morning tea assured to be given at 7am, but served at 7. 45am.

I would like to tell that this Hotel Green Valley was very good and Hotel Green Valley was located in middle of the city and very easy to find. Staff was awesome and management was also good. I like my stay in this Hotel Green Valley.

booking system was wonderful i got good discount as per rate the Hotel Green Valley is good but service need to improve. need more Hotel Green Valleys in this rate. make my trip make easy for this trip. this was a good experience

Hotel location is very admissible, easy to search everything available in proximity of Hotel Green Valley. Hotel saff are very friendly, kind and cooperative. I love to stay here more and more time

The Hotel Green Valley was quite decent, though it is showing signs of aging and needs immediate look after. Location is very good. It was clean with some room for improvement. Food was also ok!
