After reaching hotel at the checkin time, the receptionist began arguments regarding my booking, he allowed me single bed when my booking was for double bed. Not provided drinking water neither shop nothing only single bed in room no room service was available. N head reception uttering slang in assamese. I don't know what was the reason. I have travel-led 9states till date. This was the most pathetic stay ever in assam

soloI visited guwahati to collect data for my research. I am quite happy with the location of the hotel as it is in the walking distance to the assam state archives. Also, if someone is religious ganesh temple is also nearby. Vegetable and meat market is near. Although the hotel does not provide food. But nearby places have quite reasonable food items.
