Location good. Minrel water provided on ground floor, some time not available. Available as self service. Rooms very small. There is no any room service. There is no daily housekeeping. There is no changing bedsheets daily.

Location is accesable easily to busstand, beach and main temple all within a km. Room service need improvement and basic hospitality to the visitors. Price affordable

The room was an average and there's no lock for bathroom, no chairs and tables and TV also not there as we are spending good amount of money.

Budget hotel, best location, friendly staff and ample parking. If budget is not an issue, I would recommend Om International - same staff, same location, offers a premium experience with breakfast.

Hotel location was okay, close to the temple and beach. But the hotel service is poor. The AC room had no windows, no water was provided. No basic amenities. Room has no phone to contact reception.

This was one of the bad hotel stays. The allotted room was closed and there was no way of fresh air. The pathetic thing was the water sound, whenever it rains, I'm hearing the sound from the metal roof as it is directly beside the room. No room service and for any assistance no showup until 30 mins. I paid more and received less bill from the hotel. Families better stay away from this hotel

Very nice hotel and their service is very great. Breakfast quality is very good.

First of all Hotel location is perfect, 10min distance from Gokarna beach and 5min walk from Gov. Bus Stand. The hotel was nice, the room which we got was good, but other rooms were much better, Facilities was awesome as they have their own restro bar. Food was delicious with reasonable price. Staffs behavior was polite and helping. Also they have cold drinking water facility which was very helpful during summer. Overall it was nice experience, would like to visit again.

Wash room & bed room is so pathetic & toilet sticking smell.. So hygiene, it's like local lodge. But could have maintained well..

WiFi is not available as mentioned, apart from it..the hospitality is nice and very near to bus stand which helps in planning our own transport if we dont have a vehicle

The hotel staff was very polite in behaviour and explaining about the things, The room was very clean with a good atmosphere. but check in and check out time rules are not satisfactory since check should be after 12 and check out should be by 11 am even though if your check in time is late for more than 2-4 hours.

The staff were friendly and efficient and rooms were spacious and comfortable the hotel was within walking distance from the bus station and temple also all the facilities were also good which is provided like hot water, room cleaning etc.

The stay was cozy and comfortable but seems small for four people it will be much better if the room size would be little big but overall staff first friendly rooms are clean and hotel was on vocable distance to mahabaleshwar temple.

Worst hotel in reception 2girls they behaved uneducated if we ask something angry response egotistic first throw them out until that no one comes to your hotel other than workers were good

There is no lift available, 3 beds length room having only one fan, not very near to temple and beach,

Hotel room conjusted. But over all good provided with tv and 24x7 hot water. It's very walkable distance from bus stand and temple and gokarna main beeach. Overall good. But room is conjusted no problem for this price. Overall good to stay. Food is also good on family restaurant side to hotel. Good to stay
