First the positives: 1) the Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) is located very near to the chennai central railway station. 2) the Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) room was clean. 3) the bathroom was clean 4) the Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) respects your privacy. Now the negatives: 1) the bedsheets have holes in them as the bedsheets have been in use for many years. 2) the towel was crying to be replaced as it has been in use for many many years 3) the hot water wasn't hot enough. The water was cold and the heater didn't seem to dispense hot water

The property is in a good location. As, i wanted to be near the railway station, it fulfilled that requirement. It has shops and restaurants around, so no issue in searching for anything. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I checked in around 3 am in the morning, it was a smooth check-in process. The room is nice and spacious. The breakfast was included in our package, which was also good. Overall a good experience, staying at Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) greens gate.

The Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) stay was superb. Cleanliness was maintained. And it didn't look like a normal Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) rather it looked like a fancy Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station). The washroom and the size of the room was also nice. But the roads towards the Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) is narrow so get down on main road and walk is about 1 min. Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Check in process was fast. Rooms were neat and clean. Some rooms were old and some looked brand new. But we got all facility. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. Overall we are happy.

The only disappointment was when they asked us an additional 500 for a tiny stain in the bedsheet which they claimed was not cleanable any more. After arguments, they finally agreed when the other staff agreed that the stain was just a little one and was washable. Except for this incident, i really enjoyed my stay.

I booked this Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) for my parents it was a amazing experience. Staff were so cooperative and polite. The room was neat and clean. This Hotel Greens Gate (Near Central station) is located near by central railway station and it a walk-in distance from railway station. It’s near by marina beach. I booked 1 room for 3 adult, they were provided 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Reasonable price and services. But the washroom wash basin was not working properly, hence some kind of discomfort was there, all other things were fine.
