The location was good but the food was ok in taste and very bad in the commitment given as per the booking no I iron provided as there is no such facility breakfast is limited not mentioned restaurant service is pathetic while breakfast.

I was happy with hygiene, Location, Food quality, service etc. I would like to recommend this property to all the visitors. Thanks

the receptionist was rude he was not replying to any query properly only one word reply either he was having some attitude problem or maybe he was drunk the geyser in the washroom was not working there were lizard in the bathroom and the parking is pathetic overall there is nothing in this property to be called as a hotel this is a low quality maintain lodge. I will not recommend anyone to visit here. Too much vehicle noise from chowk.

The hotel is a relatively old place n can do with improvements , tho there is nothing actually lacking as such, better lighting in the corridors, will make it look less shady ( which it is absolutely not ), front desk can be a bit more friendly n professional, I paid 1750 for the room , i would have been happy paying 1500.....

Online Guest are Spoilage for the Hotel, Very very ill treatment and you will be offered room lower the category what you have booked. At reception, people are rude and arrogant. Once your money is stuck no body will come to help its either MMT, forget about the hotel, He will only say cancel with MMT and book with Me. A Pathetic approach, though you are paying.

Room was not cleaned properly, there was small cocroaches inside the room Very small fan , air was blowing at the legs side only Food was not sufficient. It was told to choose any one item only Eg only 2idly +tea or Poori +tea or coffee or Dosa +tea or Poha +tea Hotel was not produced even complementary drinking water also.

The location of this hotel is very convenient very near to Railway station and City Bus stand. Restaurant is very good and provide tasty food; Jain food is served as well. The staff is very user friendly and cooperative. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

they are charge fare for super deluxe but room size ,bathroom cleaning not proper hot water not come and food is very very bad my request to please provide good service.

Nice experience and amazing experience and i don't forgive this memories.Ac service Hot water is also available and there was my birthday and staff celebrated my birthday.

They should upgrade flush system in commode.
