Hotel Gulmohar Grand

I had stay at this property multiple times.it was always a great experience but the management would be little better as like someone is calling in Room and asked did you ordered any food though I did not order any food at that time I can see lots of miss communication happens in this property in my last stay I ordered some food but they forgot to punch the KOT or order again I have to give same order after 1 hour. So Management should improve employees communication And I would like to thank in Same Time miss ADITI DAS from service department She give me mind-blowing service,I met her at Brk fst.All the best Aditi Das.

I stayed at gulmohar for a night after being cheated in 2 other Hotel Gulmohar Grand in jorhat. Although my stay in the district was for 2 nights, but regretted later that why chose the property at first. The staffs were professional, crews were on service. . The only con i faced is there's no one you ask for any service at night or early morning. Even if you want to checkout early morning one has to make arrangements previous night only, but what if there's an uncertain checkout came out. Its the only drawback that reception is not for 24hr. . Except that everything was on mark.

It was awesome and staff was really helpful and also a very eco -friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

The location was good and peaceful though in the heart of the city. There is a parking space for your car and a well behaved staff to help you throughout your stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean with all the basic amenities. The restaurant served delicious cuisines. Overall, it was all value for money and my recommended stay each time you visit jorhat!

It was really a pleasant stay the staff was good very professional behavior greeting with smile, the rooms n bathroom were neat and clean, bedsheet were clean, proper supply of water and electricity the ac tv and heater all were working n were in very good condition and no disturbance the overall environment was very peaceful and the stay was very pleasant.

I feel environment is better then other's, room conditions is great, room service is good, dinner, breakfast is also nice. Staff behaviour is very good. All staff behaviour is normal, if anyone facing any problem(realated Hotel Gulmohar Grand) then staff easily solved it. So i was happy to stay in golmohar Hotel Gulmohar Grand.

I have stayed in their main property previously but this staying was at newly built property with ambiance of homely felling added with best of in room amenities. Just need to work on room service as the food still getting prepared in main property which is around 200-230mtr away. Overall my staying was value for money.

Rooms- well cleaned and beautifully furnished equipment and appliances- proper workable condition reception desk- well behaved staffs housekeeping staff- well mannered, very hospitable and warm greeters food- reasonable rates, optimum quantity and superb quality overall- best place to stay in jorhat *excellent*

The stay at the Hotel Gulmohar Grand was awesome. The rooms were very clean and had good ambience. The staff was also friendly. Had no inconvenience regarding what so ever.

The stay was comfortable although I expected to be on the 1st floor but the new building is on the ground floor.Overall the staff and the stay was very good😊.

Good property, better people. Ambience & facilities are great! beeakfast spread is sumptuous. Food variations can be improved though. Probably including some local cuisine / dishes may be a great idea.
