Mr Manish booked room standard ac on 20/05/25 with complementary breakfast. Room Number 208 ac deluxe above the class of room he booked was provided. In the morning good breakfast viz poha idly Samber vada was served. He refused the breakfast and demanded rs 500 for breakfast. On refusal to Pay 500/ he abused staff and mis behaved. It is business therefore poor employees just listened him. Hope he behave in future

Behavior of customer was criminal. He entered VIP room forcibly and started misbehaving with staff. Owner intervened and allowed him to stay in a room much above the category he booked to avoid confrontation. This was a case to be reported to police and individual behaviour warrannted to put him under bar but due business atticates this was not done
