Hotel staff was very good they guided me from starting of ahmedabad till i reach there Hotel Gupta Palace. Hotel owner mt. Gupta also very nice person. When I was searching the Hotel Gupta Palaces in katra so many options are there,but in this Hotel Gupta Palace rooms are neat and clean,wifi are also available in good 4G speed, washroom is clean,yatra purchi counter is also near, location is very good,and staff members behaviour up to mark.... I think when I was coming back katra then definitely I'm booking same Hotel Gupta Palace.... thanks for make my trip ☺️.

This was the cheapest and the best Hotel Gupta Palace near all the amenities. Best thing is that it had parking for my car. Owner is a good person. Hotel staff is very cooperative. The view from my room was good, i could see the mountain leading to mata bhawan. I will certainly re-book this Hotel Gupta Palace again on my next visit. The only negative point was that the bathroom flush was not working properly.

Very good neat and clean Hotel Gupta Palace. Rooms are spacious and toilet was very neat and clean. Katra market is also at walk able distance. Specially Hotel Gupta Palace manager is very cooperative and well behaved person. He was very helpful to me during my stay. Thanks very much for your kind cooperation.

It was an excellent stay. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and blankets were neat and tidy. The Hotel Gupta Palace is near parch i counter 2, just beside the chai sutta bar outlet. Overall a great stay. I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting katra and looking for a Hotel Gupta Palace.

With respect to the price at which they are offering as compared to other Hotel Gupta Palaces listed this is a good option. Location is very near to parch i counter 2. One thing which was bad about the Hotel Gupta Palace was that the bathrooms were not maintained but they were decently clean.

It was one of the best experience of my Hotel Gupta Palace stay. The staff was so supportive and most importantly gentle and polite. Really loved the room cleanliness. The best experience here was the food. Everything was made perfectly delicious and without compromising on quality.

Scope for improvement is there especially dinning room. Amenities and bathroom needs attention. To provide kit viz shaving, brush and paste, soap etc.

Hotel is well situated with clean washrooms and rooms. We checked in as a group of three families and no one had any complaints with the Hotel Gupta Palace as such.
