Hotel is clean, staff cooperative and very professional. Recommend. Food is good, location on main road with car parking.

The hotel is really good — the rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent. The rooftop restaurant is amazing as well, with great ambience and delicious food. The only thing I didn’t like was that room service is chargeable. They even charge extra for serving food in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, apart from this, everything else was fantastic!

Food quality was very good… location was just 5 mins from Railway station… staff was friendly and prompt in their services… Facilities were up to the mark… good deal for a comfortable stay…😊

Property location was good just 5 mins away from Railway Station… food quality was good… amenities and services were perfect…

The room was okay . We had an Argument over lunch Bill . i checked in Yesterday in Guru kripa With an option of lunch or dinner . Yesterday I took lunch of 756/- rs. today Manager was arguments that You have to 756 rs Bcoz Either lunch or dinner was free . you did lunch but you didn't Said in cafeteria That you will taking lunch . manager insulted me in front of all staff .

Enjoyed our stay in Guru Kripa grand. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Room service is very efficient. Food is top most quality and people staying here should not go anywhere else and should enjoy the food in restaurant or in the room.

I stayed at Hotel Gurukrupa Grand, Mathura for two days and had a very good experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, making the stay smooth and pleasant. The location is convenient and easily accessible to main attractions like Vrindavan and other temples. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness. I’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Mathura. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is very near to rail station, rooms are specious, neat & clean, room service is also good. Lift facility available & 4-5 car can be parked outside of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and superb room service.Room was spacious and very clean . We loved the hotel rooms design and interior. Loved the warm lighting in the room.Also restaurant was excellent with good options. Breakfast options were good and food taste was superb. Overall highly recommended for family stay.
