Hotel Gyangarh

Hotel is in good condition and bf is also good but service are very slow. I faced few issue which they have not resolved till check out. 1 my Hotel Gyangarh lock was not working. While i was going out then while locking the door i realised my lock is not working and then they said u may go and it will lock automatically in 2mins. But when i came back after 5hrs i saw that my door issue have not resolved and in my absence my door was unlocked. I raised the issue but they did not resolved it. 2. Tata sky was not working and they have not even done anything for that. 3. Wifi was very slow. They said everyone is using so thats y it is slow

Located in a convenient area, clean, and reasonable sized rooms. Beds are comfortable for a great sleep, clean linen. Below average breakfast small spread and taste, particularly South Indian dishes are poorly prepared idly, upma, sambar consistently bad. Bathroom shower area is inconveniently small. So small that the shower curtain sticks to you while taking shower. Very annoying and seems unhygienic. They must redesign the shower enclosure.

The property is located in a very nice place. Very near to fateh sagar lake. The food is good. Hygiene is also good. One thing we don't like is that after 1 hour of check-in, they wanted us to shift to another room on the plea that they have allotted us the wrong room. We had to rush back to another room while we were getting ready. It was really annoying. Overall stay was good.

Hotel is located in heart of the City. Prime location. Hotel outer view is good, rooms are luxurious and spacious with facility of mini fridge, electric kettle etc. At nominal price. Food was tasty and staff behaviour was good. I would like to stay here again during my next visit to Udaipur.

The location of the Hotel Gyangarh was easily available in the go-ogle map. The interior of the reception and rooms was outstanding. The food quality was also good. Overall it was all good to visit it again.

It is well located, with helpful staff. Food is fine. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Outside view from windows is limited. Buffet breakfast options are limited. Wifi connectivity was average to poor.

It was great stay I really disappointed when I was checked in but I really appreciate Hotel Gyangarh team and MMT team they resolved my issue, food was also delicious, overall it was great experience.

Friendly staff and east process, didn't take much time to process. It was at the centre of the City so, all the good places were nearby. Ac/tv/geyser/all accommodates were fine.

Excellent rooms and excellent staff rooms are spacious. Little bit cleanliness s to be taken care. Very nice property in Udaipur. Keep it up we will definitely visit again.
