HOTEL H R PALACE

We as a family visited HR PALACE in first week of January, 23. The room was super deluxe on ground floor. The room was good, big and cleanliness was good. The taps in bathroom were jammed, don't know, why.. The staff was hospitable. Mr. Nitesh Singh on reception was very helpful and responsive. Even the owner was eager to know what improvement can be made. The HOTEL H R PALACE is in central location in Bani park and approachable from anywhere. The outside is having compound wall at less than 4 feet giving no view from window. The front open space is around 200 square feet garden and can be enjoyed. On the negative side, the restaurant on roof does not have many options though it's having good ambience and rooftop tables. An improvement in restaurant is needed to attract more tourists. The buffet breakfast is having enough options and is sumptuous. The rates of HOTEL H R PALACE per day, as compared to amenities appear high. I recommend HR PALACE for stay with families when in Jaipur.

Hotel room was good. You will get a premium feel. Hotel staff were amiable. We had one bad experience though. We booked cab from the HOTEL H R PALACE for 2 days for tour purpose. The first day cab driver was good but the second day cab driver (The Toyota cab driver named Satpal) was very bad. He used to stop the cab as per his wish to different shops by telling us that those are museums. Those were high priced stores and he was doing so to have commissions from them. We missed many places because of him.

It was awesome. The lightning... Tye architecture... Ambience... Room... Everything was awesome. The best place was it's lawn area... To enjoy a cup of tea in the eve... Though we went in summers... One of the exciting thing I saw was rooftop restaurant... But the service there is a bit slow... And the costs of food items are high... As it is a high priced stay... In a nutshell... It was and awesome place.. My mom said that we would always stay at this very place whenever we visit Jaipur.

You get a little more than what you pay. At this price point, what the HOTEL H R PALACE offers is really admirable. Big, clean room and bed, TV, intercom, attached bathroom with usual toiletries, and warm water. What else does one need. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is average at best but the made-to-order omelette helped forget the issue. Location wise, it's in a quiet neighborhood and within easy reach of the bus stand and railway station. Full value for money!

The staff should be commended for their hospitality to both domestic and foreign guests. But there is still a room for improvement. In this regard, I had to tell the staff whenever I needed water (should have been given complimentary in the restaurant). The housekeeping needs to be more attentive. Unavailability of a luggage/cloak room. Overall, I would say that the place was worth the money in terms of location and cleanliness.

Hotel is v neat and good but v far from nakki lake and many major points of sightseeing in Mt Abu so you have to shell good money in conveyance ,,, plus fud in this HOTEL H R PALACE is not so good ,,, but overall service by HOTEL H R PALACE staff was v good ., they were extremely helpful. This HOTEL H R PALACE is definitely a great choice for people who want to go to Mt Abu for relax and enjoying just the HOTEL H R PALACE stay.

Hotel is located at prime location & its proximity to city centre adds convenience and saves time to visit other attractions to see around. The best thing was the staff was courteous and their hospitality was second to none. My family enjoyed the sumptuous and delicious food served from their kitchen. The room service was prompt and great. I really appreciate & delighted to stay at this HOTEL H R PALACE. Hidden gem indeed !

The HOTEL H R PALACE staff are very polite and cooperative. They provide pick up facility even during late hours. The room was pretty spacious and the washroom was tidy. They have travel desk facility which has a very reasonable pricing and covers the tourist locations properly. The drivers are experienced and polite. The dining area has a roof top view and the food is of quality. All over had a good stay. Will recommend.

Property is in city center & convenient for traveling

Everything was best except the part that, sugar-tea and milk powder wasn't kept for tea preparation, even after requesting them twice. Had a comfortable stay. Best part was roof top breakfast experience.

Everything is near the HOTEL H R PALACE. Easy available transportation. Food is good. You get lot of variety. They take care of hygiene and safety is there as HOTEL H R PALACE is located in residencial area.

Very Helpful and professional staff. Rooms are bigger and clean. Location wise it is very good. Near to railway and bus station. Almost in city center. Well connected. Overall had very good staying experience. Food is good and reasonable. Tasty breakfast. If you looking for nice budgeted HOTEL H R PALACE. This is very nice choice.

Hotel is nicely located. Staff is friendly. Service is on time. Nice place to relax. Breakfast offered is good especially gobi parantha with curd and pickle. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom is clean and with hot water and good view from balcony. It is overall value for money.

Had a nice experience of staying here the staff is good. The HOTEL H R PALACE is good for a family stay. The most beautiful thing was it's terrace restaurant which is very fine to have the dinner. All together nice safe and value for money.
