Bad experience with hotel staff no parking space rooms not clean average room with high budget will nor recommend at all

Average hotel, no fresh air, no food after 10 pm, no tea before 7. 30 am, no hygiene maintenance. No exist fan in washroom

Room was below standard and not worth the price. Ac often tripped off. No stand by gen set. Room was different from what was shown on site. Pl inquire into the matter and refund me/ compassionate me. Shall file a legal complaint for inferior services. I have already left

Hotel was not customer friendly. Behaviour of staff was also not good. By going through mmt, they didn't allow for early check in and we had to wait although their rooms were vacant. They kept saying that room in being ready and no checkout was done. Next day another customer came directly and asked for room at morning time around 07. 00 am and they allow with less price( what i heard at some distance)

Located just by the ghat it is the most convenient place to stay if visiting varanasi, very good service, awesome hospitality and even better food. One must try the ****er pane-er if you get a chance to.

The best part about the hotel was it was 5 min walk from Assi ghat. Assi ghat is quite vibrant.

From outside hotel looks fine. They have two buildings and I got room in other building. I think the main building probably would have better rooms but in other building it looks that renovation is still going on. Pros: location is good. Assi Ghat is at 2-3 mins walking distance. You can find eatery joints nearby. Electric kettle is available in the room. Room which I got was spacious and had balcony as well. Cons: I had booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious, had bed, sofa and a setti. But bed was not sufficient to accomodate all 4 though when i booked room vis make my trip, it showed msg that bed is sufficient for 4 PPL but it wasn't the case. Towels were provided for 2 only and not for 4. No toiletries except for a toilet soap. No hand towel. Maybe not a normal for a three star hotel. Room interior looked old and rough and not appealing. There was a nail on side of double bed. Luckily, we spotted it else might have hurt kids.

The overall service of the hotel isn't that good. We requested for room cleaning service for the first time after staying for a couple of days, with a reminder every hour but didn't get the same. Had to fight to get it cleaned up the next day. We had to check out a day earlier because after we came back to our room, it smelled very bad and we chose not to fight anymore and decided to leave the hotel that very instance. Also, they promise car parking, but we were asked to park our car outside the hotel with the example of another random car parked outside even when parking was available. The only usp of the place is that the hotel is close to assi ghat and the manager as well as the staff are well behaved when spoken to, but that's where it ends because services aren't up to mark as per the cost they are charging.

Good hotel, pleasant stay, courteous welcome by reception.

Location wise its very near assi ghat and easy to commute. Hygiene and safety standard wise is also good. Only issue i faced was to switch on geyser we had to call reception. Complementary water bottle was only provided when we asked.

All most good but little things are not good.

Basic amenities like soap shampoo missing from bathroom, people don't carry such thing while having a hotel location is very good

This was my second visit in this hotel when i visited this hotel first time my room was upgraded at the same price and second time also i was upgraded from deluxe room to a very spacious suit room excellent view of river ganga from the balcony they have a excellent staff and a very good attendant mr chhotu always ready whenever you need him overall i had a very great and good experience 100% value for money

The linen upkeep was average, nothing in the room includes tea/coffee, drinking water, non functional Aircon, no hot water for Bath. Saving grace was the clean bathroom

If u are travelling Solo. The one is best suited for pocket

The property is ideally located near the ghats. It has a decent restaurant and a helpful staff

Close to Assi ghat, market and other temples are also nearby.

I have stayed with my family at Haifa Hotel. The place is very close to Assi ghat walking distance. The food and tea is also very good, although little over priced. Overall nice experience.
