HOTEL HAM RESIDENCY

Very small room to accomodate. AC is not satisfactory. In house resturant cost is so High. And I'm very angry when without permission and when I was absent in room they unlock my room for cleaning it.

I would recommend staying in this hotel . I love the ambience of the hotel , The food quality is excellent and value for money. The entire stay made me feel like a star category kind of hotel. Staff behaviour is very good. My recommendation 1 training hotel staff for professional ready. 2. Foot towel instead of door mat in front of the room toilet. 3. Quality toiletries with toothbrush and paste. 4. Housekeeping staff with good quality of knowledge of handling Android TV of the hotel. 5. Uninterrupted water supply. 6. Only disturbed me is the false and miscommunication of the travel desk. I suggest all guests to book a cab from an outside travel agent .

I always book this hotel for my stay.. they have co-operative staff,good hotel location, neat and clean rooms.. highly recommended even for girls who are traveling alone.

It was a very bad experience. We booked deluxe executive rooms but they forcefully shifted us to other hotel and what we got was economy room. When we visited the hotel in the morning at 7:15 am to check in and they told us to check in at 10 am to which we agreed and told them that if not now then we will check in after coming from Tirathgarh and Kotumsar by evening, to which they agreed. Before leaving we told them we will complete the formalities and then we will leave but they told us we can complete those formalities before checking in the room. When we came to check in our rooms in the evening, they had already sold our rooms to other guests at a good price and lied to us. 3 staffs told 3 different stories to us. we will never recommend this hotel to anyone. it was a full waste of money. pathetic hotel. My request to all the readers... Please Boycott this Hotel, then only they'll learn a lesson.🙏🏻🙏🏻
