Hotel Happy Home- The Lake Paradise @Mall Road

Stay was good but price charged at mmt was way more , offline check in price was very less compared to mmt price

Hotel was average for the given price. Room & Hygiene: Decent Amenities: Too minimal, they only provided a soap bar & a shower gel, only one phone charging point. No room slippers,toothbrush etc were provided.

Location is good, just on the Mall road, beside Nainital Lake. Clear Lake & Mountain view from 3rd floor (Road side rooms). Food was tasty. Rooms are neat and clean. All staff well behaved. Only thing I will recommend to provide tea arrangements, slippers in the room. Otherwise everything was good

Very bad hotel and staff

Food is so expensive like a five star hotel with the facilities of zero star hotel room is so small that you can’t put 3 trolly bag in room only good about this hotel is his location

Not good enough, old hotel with modern rates, no parking space available, food not that good enough

First of all, your team showed us something and charged us a lot of money and there was no facility of car parking, no one guided us and secondly, the hotel people also say anything about car parking.

location is good, food quality is super and staff behavior is very supportive, room is clean and we'll mentain

We went (first time) to Nainital. It was through MakeMyTrip and it was booking done well. The hotel staff is good and the hotel personnel was Rajput and Himanshu (local people) are very good in all. They have with the towels and all accessories. The persons helped with the luggage and polite speaking in Hindi. For the family, it was a nice hotel and next time I can go back to the same hotel.

terrible place to live.pls don't waste money.their bed so called double bed is not enough for 1person and during booking asking for kids and charged extra for that.that day was terrible..

Very polite staff, excellent rooms, amazing food. The location is very near to the mall road. Lake view rooms are available with a balcony. Overall, it's a very nice experience.

This is I think one of the worse hotels in Nainital. The rooms, the corridors are stinking. The bed sheets smell, washrooms smell even the pillows smell of something very bad. In a busy hill station and such a prime location, it should be hard to find a bad hotel. But I guess I was having a bad day, that I spent almost for this piece . I asked them to change room , they came with a room freshener. The only thing good was rooftop with lake view. Only if I could put my mattress on the roof and sleep.

location is good. about food it was again the that I had tested in nainital. Amenities was not same as mentioned in description. Service is ok ok

It was not worth it for the money I paid for the room there. I reached early and they denied for it, they didn't even provided me another room for a few hrs but asked me to book another room for the whole day. Also, after I reach the place they didn't have the room I booked (lake view room) and the other room option was stinking badly. Bathroom wasn't cleaned enough. I just didn't feel like I have paid a good enough amount for the room they provided me.

Hotel is nice. Good location and Good Food and Good Staff. Recommended for family and friends. Must visit

Property location is very perfect, in front of Nainital lake on Mall road. Food is really best. The staff is very polite and cooprative. I want to say thanks to Mr. Himanshu, a kind hearted human. The only thing is that you have to climb about 50 steps for reception and more 50 steps to reach on top floor where suite rooms are there. But from Room Glass window or from terrace the view of lake and surroundings is really amazing, one has to stay there and feel this. I had stayed in Family Suite room, very nice and very big room with all amenities. Worth to pay some more amount to feel the stay in Hotel Happy Home. Thanks
