Hotel Haris Court (Lajpat Nagar)

Room was not good, the washroom door was not closing. Window blinds were not operating. Washroom essentials like hadwash, shampoo and soap were not good, very low quality. The equipment in the bathroom for drying the hair body was not working. The breakfast was not good. The shower was not good. Apart from all these they charged very high not worth the price

I stayed in room number 208. It was a spacious and clean room. The stay was comfortable but there was a lingering smell. Also, the AC was making a lot of noise because of which we turned it off in a couple of mins only. I would rate it 3/5.

The property is old not as shown in the photos. The amenities are also old. It is over priced. The shower in the washroom was broken, also the geyser was not working

Location is good but few basic amenities are still missing as per price range. Hotel staff is supportive.

It is perfectly located. Reception staff is courteous and polite. Rooms are well kept and clean. Linen quality is good. Food from the kitchen is tasty and hygienic. Overall a good experience.

Staff was courteous. All the rooms there are of different. My room was 209 and it was a twin bed room. Quite spacious. Clean. Room service was fast too. Overall a decent stay. Thanks for hosting us :)

*Hotel Harry's Court, Lajpat Nagar Review* *Location:* 4/5 (Good, roadside location, 1.8 km from Lajpat Nagar Metro Station) *Food:* 2.5/5 (Morning buffet was good, but overall food quality didn't match the price) *Amenities:* 2.5/5 (Old furniture, faulty AC switches, Bedsheets were not clean Hairs were there, Hair dryer was non ops.) *Hospitality:* 2/5 (Reception staff needs improvement, unwelcoming attitude of reception staff, unnecessary police check claims, although appropriate identity proofs were shown,quite uncomfortable for the partner. But besides reception staff all others were good especially the security guard and housekeeping.) Overall, while the location was convenient, the hotel fell short in terms of food quality, amenities, and hospitality. With some improvements, it could be a better stay experience.

Clean spacious rooms, professional staff, safe for women, room service is quick, food is served very hot, breakfast buffet is elaborate and has plenty of variety ,breakfast is excellent, rooms charge is reasonable. All staff is courteous. Highly recommend to stay Kudos to the entire team at haris court Lajpat Nagar delhi

Whilst the location was good, the property was extremely bad. Poor room quality, with makeshift double mattresses and bad service. The people operating were creepy, and they tried opening our door on multiple occasions, thankfully the door was locked. The Fridge was not working, and after asking for a different one, we got one, which also did not work, and resulted in a precious food item getting spoilt overnight. The AC did not work properly at all, and our request to fix the same was met with gross indifference, by them saying nothing else can be done about it. The phone in the room was not working, and they told us it’ll be fixed the other morning. The management was abhorrent, and would warn anyone from ever staying here in the first place

Room does not match to the deluxe standard rooms. Even Basic amenities are not provided. Rusty accessories in washroom making it totally worthless spend on their deluxe room. Poor condition and poor experience.

Hi, property location is excellent. Rooms are clean, staff is courteous. Breakfast needs little improvement. Hotel needs to take care of small features like ac remote, bathroom consumables etc. overall experience was good.

verything was perfect except the questions at the time of arrival at hotel. On 24th night it was raining during night post 12 am and water was coming inside our room through window panes.

No power supply for one hour continuously at night..No cleanliness in the common area... Broken furniture and old beds and pillows stacked in corridors

Things are not there according to price facing multiple issues during the stay no proper back up for light sometimes wifi also not working, washroom lock also broken breakfast is average in taste

Hotel locations is good Staff is cooperative and well educated Service is excellent Hotel room is cleaned and space is enough Only problem that food doesn’t have Non-Veg items and in room two small size bed separate available, it should be single big size bed

The phone in the room was faulty. There was no hot water. No one on the service desk at early hours.
