Hotel Harivaram Yuga

Food is not good at all. Room service is also poor. Ants are crawling on the bed. They changed the Room, and the AC is not working correctly in that room. After complaining twice, they offered to change the room again at 10:00 PM. We were rejected because we are checking out at 5:00 A.M. The Location is nearer to the temple, which is the only good factor for the facility.

I booked for Guruvayur temple visit, rooms are not as clean as in the photos, walls are broken, and the TV is not working. Poor bed - if you have back pain, it will get worse. If I had the option to attach a photo, I would.

No security in the night to help car parking . Room tiny . Restaurant always seen empty and not Live . Less lighting outside making the place a bit left alone in the night

I stayed in an Executive Deluxe Room and was not satisfied with my experience. The room was not spacious enough for two people. There were no facilities like a water heater or coffee-making arrangement. Even basic amenities such as complimentary mineral water bottles were missing — only ordinary bottled water was provided, which raised concerns about its source and hygiene. The overall service was also poor and did not meet expectations. Definitely not worth the price for the “Executive Deluxe” category.

Don't expect anything more than a decent room and washroom. The customer service is very poor. They claim to have an in-house multi-cusine restaurant, but it is of no use. They only have a very very limited menu. We will not be able to get at least a glass of hot water before 7.30 am, as the restaurant opens only at that time, they don't provide an electric kettle facility in the room. All the staff there are very unprofessional. If your need is just a bed and bath, this place is just okay, but nothing more than that.

The stay at the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room was ver good. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

The property is situated very near to Guruvayur temple. Clean rooms and good service. Food is good for vegetarians. Vehicle parking space is less.

toilet bucket and cup were not clean, room and toilet was too conjunsted, doesn't provide dental kit.. overall an average experience.. not upto the 4 star level expections..

Harivaram is our regular destination while we are in Guruvayoor. The proximity of the hotel is very near to South Nada. The stay is good but the way they maintain the hotel these days is very bad. For instance, the towels they gave were really faded and dirty. But once we complained they issued us new set of towels. Secondly, the TV were not working while we checked in. But once we raised the issue the technician came and fixed the issue.

Stay was good, Rooms are neat clean and tidy, however room service if far below she standard. Asked for morning tea twice, though they assured twice, no one turned up. Break fast was good but table settings and arrangement can be impoverished further

If you are traveling with family and kids, this is not a suitable option. The room is very small, power supply interruptions are frequent, and the AC does not cool below 24°C. While the staff are friendly, they lack proper training. Overall, the facility is poorly maintained and does not meet expectations. Rating: 6/10

The rooms were very neat and tidy. The location was also excellent. The only issue was with the attitude of the counter staff. they were unprofessional. They need to be trained to politely deal with the guests. The rest is very good.

We had a pleasant stay at Harivaram Yuga. The hotel location is very close to the temple. The food was also very good.
