Hotel Harsh Ananda

I stayed here for my visit to Allahabad for some work in the High Court. This is very close to the High Court about half a kilometer. Also it is in Civil Lines which is the main market area of Allahabad. Also almost walking distance to the railway station. So overall the location is best. During my stay, the check in and check out was smooth and fast. Breakfast was nice. Room was big in size with all required facilities. The staff was polite and helpful. Will like to stay here again when I re-visit Allahabad.

This is a heritage Hotel Harsh Ananda with antique furniture and old style building and big gardens. I personally like heritage Hotel Harsh Anandas and it is very rare to be staying in one for me when on work. So this was a welcome change from the usual tower style Hotel Harsh Anandas. All required facilities were present. Rooms were good and big in size. Food was good, more like home food which I liked. Would stay again when I visit Allahabad.

In prayagraj nothing can be better than staying in Harsh Anand. It could be a little well maintained but considering the rich his try it has, the other things can be overlooked. Dating back to 1988, one can get enamoured by the fact that even great poet Rabindranath Tagor also stayed here among other eminent personalities. The staff are extremely cooperative and always careful about your need. Front desk is always with the boarder as well.

Pros: The location is good. Good for people looking for heritage looks. Food is good. Service is good and staff is friendly and supportive. Tariff varies highly within various portals and at counter. Cons: Rooms lack natural sunlight and open air. Heavy mosquito repellent leaves suffocating effect inside rooms.

Staff are great help. Food is like real home food. Great location. Rooms are neat and clean. Overall experience is very pleasant. This Hotel Harsh Ananda is value for money. No dining room. Only room service. No complimentary facilities such as tea coffee. Exhaust in bathroom will be of great help.

This Hotel Harsh Ananda is my preferable place to stay but some service issues are there. If they improve their services it will be the best accommodation to stay. Food quality is good but little expensive. Very near to famous ASSI GHAT at the bank of Pious Ganga River.

Excellent property in Allahabad Civil Lines area. The staff is very helpful especially the GM of the Hotel Harsh Ananda Mr Apratim he looks after everything personally. It was a great stay there. I have booked 6 rooms there for a family function everything was perfect.

Online picture shown is to mislead. No windows in the room. Owners never realized that living human beings will need air to breathe. Not even tea maker provided, while it takes Long time to get tea on ordering. And adventure of living with a mouse in your room!

This is a heritage property and gives a royal feeling but the main problem is that the phone network do not work in the rooms. Also the food is little expensive. Many times they do not give the total amenities to the guest as recommended by the service provider

Nice management overall good one. If you visit Allahabad you can prefer this property. Location is also so in town area M G road. Near to the high court. Food was also good. Rom service was good. Excellent service.

Hotel was good but no non veg food available. Some sort of generator problem was there so we have to stay without electricity for about 30 mins.

Location was good, food quality need to be improved, service was good, nearby locations to bus stop and railway

Location and view of the Hotel Harsh Ananda is good, building structure seems to be royal yet needs lot of maintenance.
Bathroom tab fittings were loose. Room too costly with regard to the facilities available.

Food is served only in rooms through room service and there is no restaurant which they should have.

Bathroom fittings are old, needs renovation.

The Hotel Harsh Ananda manager upgraded my room to a super deluxe without any extra charge.

Location is great. Rooms are spacious n clean. Kinda of heritage Hotel experience. Need to improve there food quality n hot water supply was not proper. Otherwise, no issues
