Hotel Havelock Gateway

Hotel room is great, well maintained. Staff is helpful. In house restaurant available. Food is good only. One can try chilli pane-er in starters. Contact details and location is not correctly updated in mm t for this Hotel Havelock Gateway. We didn't have a good experience when we came to havelock as we were not having correct contact details on mmt for Hotel Havelock Gateway and the map was also taking us in the wrong direction. Property location is prime. Its almost at a center. 10 min for kala patthar beach. 20 min for radhanagar beach and 10 mins for the jetty. As its a new Hotel Havelock Gateway, its very well maintained. Kettle, tea/coffee/milk powder sachets was provided. You will be getting handwash, moisturizer, body wash and shampoo in toiletries.

Newly constructed property. Neat and clean room and washroom. But the restaurant was over priced. Also, though i informed the staff about my early morning departure and asked to parcel the breakfast for the cruise, they did nothing unless reminded constantly in the morning.

Room was neat & clean. We had a good stay. But Hotel Havelock Gateway staffs seemed to be a bit inexperienced. At this price other Hotel Havelock Gateways were offering swimming pool which was not there. So it seemed a bit overpriced.

A good property which is new, has a pool for kids and is budget friendly. The restaurant is open at odd times as well to cater for late arrivals or early departures. The staff is courteous and knows their job

Hotel was good. It was clean and food was also tasty. But inside bathroom flow of water was slow and toilet flush was sometimes working and sometimes not not working.

Hotel experience was awesome newly build proper. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and so beautiful.

Our stay at havelock gateway was very good and we had a nice time. Swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed swimming as well. Over all our stay was very nice!

Staff was okayish, food was good, a bit short of staff, and there can be lineancy in check in and out. Lift should be there.

Location was near to city. 100meter from main market. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Overall stay was comfortable

Great hospitality, both owners as well as workers were helpful, assisting us to plan our trips better. Rooms were clean, and i loved my stay over here.

It’s good place to stay. Only 2 kms from boat jetty. Staffs are friendly and food was very good except the morning buffet breakfast.
