Average room compared with the amount paid,Water leakage in washroom. And while check out hotels refused to pay gst bill by saying that you collect your bill from mat.

1st day room alloted .that was a water leakage from celing . Than the room changed , but on that room water leakage from AC On 2nd night they have shifted to a good room

location - excellent food - very good amenities - average : amenities are not properly maintained. curtains not properly fixed geyser issue, bathroom was not cleaned for new guest (us), 1 cup and 1 glass provided in the room, dinner served with less plates and as we checked in late, no HK to provide. Staff were very good. They helped us at midnight, till we checked out. Good complimentary breakfast.

Have to wait for around 30 minutes at reception as the receptionist couldn't decide whether to give the room or not

experience at haven Intercontinental, Agartala is very bad, AC was not working, toilets are not proper clean.

Service is good. Toiletry like brush paste, saving kit was not there. Toilet smell was there. No tea coffee. Food was good

The staff was soo rude that they refused to come and take up the luggages during check in & checkout both times when the hotel is on 5th floor above a mall. We had our flight and they said their lift is not working, unless their lift works , they won't be able to take down the luggage, we could have missed our flight.

Good overall experience. Need some work on ambience. Rooms are nice. Food was also good. Pure veg options are also good.

Everything was decent, the service, the food. What wasn't okay was their wrongful listing. I had booked a single queen sized bed but the bed i was alloted was a mere single sized bed. A queen bed should be 60x80 but what i got was nothing more than 40x80. Since I was in a hurry, I had to accept whatever they had alloted but this is completely unfair.

The location is at the centre of agartala, you can easily reach their and can get everything nearby like auto, grocery, clothing, food and etc.

The hotel was at a great location in the heart of the city. The view was beautiful. It was spacious. But the maintenance needs to be improved. The service needs upgradation.

Power supply is an issue along with water supply in bathroom is red in colour.. water coming out from Ac.. Rather than that other thing is good and its location is a good one..

Everything except the water is very dirty and not suitable for person staying long. Inspite of request the hotel did not take measures

Location and food were good. But, the service and amenities were poor. There was no water in the washroom tap in morning, I couldn't flush the toilet nor I can wash myself. I tried to call the room service over intercom from 6:15 am to 7 am but there was no one to receive my call. Lastly, I tried the reception and after several attempts at around 7:10 am they answered and told me that pumping the water by motor has started and water will be available after 5/7 minutes. And at around 7:30 we got the water but again it was muddy. As there was no option we had to use that muddy water. This I think this is not a good property, the incident showed poor service and maintenance from the part of the hotel.
