Service was really awesome. Staff was helpful. Only concern was the food variety for lunch and dinner. Despite being a Bengali state, Hotel staff was not able to provide varieties of fish when asked. Always they said the particular fish wasn't available. So it's my suggestion that the food varieties should be improved and multiple options of fish should be available in future. Otherwise everything was superb. Kudos to the Hotel staff for their amazing service

I entered the said hotel haven Intercontinental at around 4 pm and found that the allotted room was absolutely ready beforehand when enquired in the reception about my booking. The entire hotel haven Intercontinental staffs were very cordial. I stayed till next morning and then left. The entire experience was very nice.

The best part about this Hotel is the location. It is located in the center of Agartala. We had a great stay. The staff was responsive and the room had good facilities. The only thing was the breakfast was a little repetitive. However the other food quality we ordered was great

The City view from the room is too good to Miss. Can See birds eye view of Agartala. The bathroom should be cleaner and well maintained. Need professional house keeping staffs. The front desk should be be represented well.

Front office is very courteous and cooperative they have upgraded my room without any further cost. Food quality of and service is good. In breakfast more variety required. I Am satisfied with my stay.

Hotel was overall too good, with clean bathroom and changing the bedsheets every day during our stay, and the cuisine was also fantastic
